About Co-op presale

What is the Co-op presale?

Co-op members get access to tickets for Co-op Live before general sale. This will only be available through the Co-op membership app.

When will I know when a presale is going to be ‘on sale’?

If you have agreed to email marketing from Co-op then we will regularly email you about upcoming presale events. Additionally, if you have downloaded the Co-op app, which will be required to access presale, then you can opt in to receive notifications about upcoming events.

What chance do I have of getting a ticket in presale?

Only a limited number of tickets are released in each presale. Demand during the Co-op Member presale may at times outweigh the number of tickets available. Although Co-op Membership guarantees access to the presale, it does not guarantee access to tickets. Further tickets will be made available during the general onsale.

What if I miss out on presale?

Only a limited number of tickets are released in each Co-op membership presale. Presale usually lasts for 24-48 hours. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. If you are not successful with presale, you can try when the rest of the tickets are released on General Sale via Ticketmaster

If I buy through Co-op membership, will I get a better seat than If I book normally?

Co-op presale tickets won’t guarantee the best seats, however, when booking your tickets you’ll have the option to choose from a range of seats available.

What is the Co-op Live App?

This is the venue app that you will need to download your tickets to enter the arena. This is different to the Co-op membership app. The Co-op Live app will be available to download later in the year.

Preparing for presale

How do I access presale?

As a Co-op Member, you can access Co-op presale tickets through the Co-op App. You will not be able to access presale tickets via the Co-op website. When you open the Co-op App, go to the Home tab and select the 'Find presale tickets' button in the top section of the screen. Then select the event you would like to buy tickets for. This will take you through to Ticketmaster where you’ll be held in a queue to buy tickets.

What gives me the best chance of getting presale tickets?

There’s no secret tip to securing presale tickets, but if you follow these steps it should give you a good chance.

  • Download the Co-op app and make sure you’re logged in as a member
  • Create a Ticketmaster account
  • Be ready 5 minutes before the presale is live so you can click through straight away
  • Have your card details ready to purchase the tickets

I don’t have the Co-op app – can I still get presale?

No, the only way to secure presale tickets will be through the Co-op app, you won’t be able to access presale through the Co-op website.

Buying tickets

Do I purchase the tickets directly on the Co-op app?

You will need to access the presale through the Co-op membership app but once you select the tickets you want to purchase it will take you to the Ticketmaster website where you can purchase your tickets securely

How do I receive my tickets?

You will need to download the Co-op Live venue app to receive your digital tickets which will be available later this year. There will be no option to receive paper tickets. Tickets will then be activated in the app close to the day of the event, so please do not worry if you don’t see the ticket appear in the app straight away. (NOTE the Co-op Live app is the venue app owned/managed by the venue, and not the Co-op Membership app).

The Co-op Live app isn’t available yet – where will my tickets go?

Tickets will be activated in the app close to the day of the event.

Can I print my tickets at home?

No, tickets are digital only.

How many presale tickets can I buy?

This varies per event. Check the terms and conditions when you click through (via the Co-op app) to Ticketmaster, to purchase tickets.

Issues with presale

The App has crashed and I can’t get a ticket, what do I do?

This may be due to high volume, please continue to try and re-open the app if needed.

Co-op presale tickets aren’t available, have they sold out?

There are only ever a limited number of tickets available for Co-op presale, so they will most likely sell out fast. You can try again in the general onsale.

Post purchase

I always miss out on Co-op presale tickets, how can I ensure I get tickets in the presale?

We hate to disappoint, but tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis.

What do I do if I cannot attend the event?

Our partners at Ticketmaster have their own reselling platform where you can resell tickets purchased directly from them. We strongly advise you only use this platform and that you do not resell your tickets on unofficial platforms as your tickets may be cancelled or invalid for entry.

Seating and accessibility

How can I book Accessible Co-op presale tickets for Co-op Live?

All accessible tickets are available via the Co-op app, meaning no call centres or time spent on hold.

Accessible tickets are available for wheelchair users, people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, and ambulant impairments (those with any other access requirements that stop them from using general access standing and seating areas).

When booking accessible tickets through the Co-op app:

Open the Co-op app, go to the Home tab and select the 'Find presale tickets' button in the top section of the screen. Then select the event you would like to buy tickets for. This will take you through to Ticketmaster where you’ll be held in a queue to buy tickets.

When selecting your ticket, please select the 'All Ticket Types' button and highlight Wheelchair Accessible, Ambulant, Sight Impaired or Hearing Impaired as appropriate from the drop-down menu.

Please note that the Accessible Symbol is used for all access requirements, so please make sure you are booking the appropriate tickets.

The essential companion ticket next to the accessible ticket you’ve highlighted should be chosen when booking (where this is an option) and all tickets must be purchased in one transaction.
