CIS General Insurance Limited Proposed Amendments to Constitution

CIS General Insurance Limited (‘CISGIL’) is required to notify the London Stock Exchange (LSE) of matters which are required to be disclosed under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTRs) and the Listing Rules of the United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA).

Accordingly, pursuant to DTR 6.1.2, CISGIL advises that a Special General Meeting of CISGIL will be held on 23 July 2015 to consider proposed changes to CISGIL's Constitution.

A copy of the proposed new Rule Book has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
