Co-op's top marks for customer service
The Co-op’s online electrical retailer has been awarded ‘Gold’ status for its customer service by the global customer service feedback engine Feefo.
Feefo reports that 98% of customers were delighted with The Co-operative Electrical, which means that almost all customers rated the service they received as good or excellent.
Feefo invites customers to send feedback on service levels and the quality of the products, and it is this feedback that makes up the service rating. This feedback appears on both the retailer’s and Feefo’s website instantly, providing real-time unfiltered comment and opinion.
James Holland, Managing Director at The Co-operative Electrical said:
“Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do, whether we are bringing new, innovative products to market such as our cost-price warrantees, or introducing a free, one-hour guaranteed time slot – it is all designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We are delighted to have achieved gold status, which recognises the hard work, enthusiasm and ability of the Co-operative Electrical team.”
Andrew Mabbutt, Feefo CEO, said:
“My congratulations to The Co-operative Electrical. The whole team should be really proud of this accreditation as it highlights an exceptional level of customer service throughout 2014.”
Notes to Editors:
The ratings and reviews collated by Feefo are verified via sales data, which ensures that only those customers that have genuinely completed a transaction with a business are invited to provide feedback. This makes the annual Trusted Merchant accreditation highly desirable and well respected, as it is based upon the views of customers and not industry judges.
