10.30am to 3.30pm on Saturday 21 May 2016.
The registration desks will be open from 8.30am, and there’ll be refreshments on hand while you catch up with Co-op colleagues and other members. Whilst registration will be open throughout the meeting, we’d recommend that you give yourself plenty of time to register before the meeting opens at 10.30am.
Also, make sure you bring along your membership card and another form of ID on the day (a bank card or driving licence is fine).
