Mind
Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
One in four people experience a mental health problem in any one year. That’s someone in every family, workplace and friendship circle. In the UK it's around 14 million people.
That's why we are working in partnership with Mind, the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and Inspire to bring communities together to improve mental wellbeing.
We aim to raise £8m through the partnership by engaging colleagues, members and customers in a range of national and local fundraising.
The amounts raised will enable the charities to deliver innovative new services in communities across the UK to ensure people receive the support they need.
To help you look after and find support for your and others mental wellbeing, we’ve created Be Kind To Your Mind. It includes activities from Co-op and partners as well as general tips and how to seek support from our charity partners, Mind, SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) and Inspire.
You can support by making a donation today at the till, just ask a colleague instore to add 50p, £1, £2 or £5 to your shop. You can also add a donation to your Co-op Deliveroo basket to fund new services across the UK.
Money raised through our stores, branches and online delivery partners in England and Wales is donated to Mind, money raised in Scotland is donated to SAMH and money raised in Northern Ireland is donated to Inspire.
