The following apply to all competitions, giveaways and offers featured in the Co-op Food Magazine.Entry to the prize draw shall constitute an entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the prize draw. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then the entrant should not enter this prize draw.
This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees and families of the promoter(s), The River Group Content Ltd, and any third parties or anyone professionally associated with the promotion. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Competition entry is online with entries being collected at coop.co.uk/competition, access to the internet is required. Alternatively, you can enter by post with entries being addressed to Co-op Food Magazine, The River Group Content Ltd, Garden Floor, 16 Connaught Place, London, W2 2ES.
To enter the prize draw entrants must submit their name, email address and/or phone number during the promotional period. No purchase necessary.
Entries received outside of the promotional period or entries which are missing mandatory information and/or which contain incorrect information will not be accepted. The closing date is 23:59 on Tuesday 30th July 2019.
The River Group Content Ltd, and the Co-operative Group will not be liable for entries which are not received or which are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupt or delayed for any reason.
Entries are limited to only one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries after the closing date by an independent judging body. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners must accept and redeem the prize in accordance with the competition providers terms & conditions.
The prize must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative is available. The prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. The promoter of the competition prize reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
Within 14 days of the winner being drawn, the promotions manager from The River Group Content Ltd will contact the winners by telephone, using the details provided at entry to inform the winner of their prize win and next steps. Losing entries will not receive any notification.
Each winner must respond to the promoter within 28 days of the promoter’s first attempt to notify them that they have won in order to accept the prize.
In the event that a winner does not respond to accept the prize within 28 days of the promoters first attempt to notify them that they have won, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to draw a new winner form the remaining valid entries using the same process as detailed above.
The prize will be delivered to an address in the UK. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or incorrect postal address provided or any additional costs incurred for re-postage.
