Doing our very best to deliver

Our team members worked hard to keep our delivery service going during lockdown and as the situation changes we want to keep you in touch with the latest developments.

Delivery changes

High demand

Back to normal

The good news is we’re now able to offer our usual two hour and same day delivery slots. Don’t forget, you can order your shopping online and get delivery or collection within two hours. Thanks to all those who worked so hard to keep our service going over the past few months.

Increasing capacity

Increasing capacity

We’ve been hiring more team members so that we can increase our delivery capability as much as we can. Keep checking back to see what’s available and we’ll do our very best to meet your needs.

Max 20 items

Max 30 items

We are restricting all delivery orders temporarily to 30 items per shop, so everyone has the opportunity to get hold of those essential items they need.

Making delivery safer

Making delivery safer

It’s still vital to reduce the infection risks to you and your family. That’s why we’ve removed our bagless shopping option to help avoid contamination.

Better shelf-life

Better shelf-life

For peace of mind and to make sure your food goes further, we are committed to selecting items with as long ‘use by’ dates as possible when picking orders.

Updates on our team members

Our team members have been amazing throughout this crisis and are still working to support our communities.

To support them we have:

  • Invested £3m in new protective equipment
  • Provided more hand sanitiser and gloves
  • Installed protective safety screens at till points and serving counters
  • Paid team members who are in self isolation
  • Cleaned and disinfected more often
  • Removed low priority tasks
