It’s still vital to reduce the infection risks to you and your family. That’s why we’ve removed our bagless shopping option to help avoid contamination and asked all our delivery colleagues to wear masks.

Updates on our team members

Our team members have been amazing throughout this crisis and are still working to support our communities.

To support them we have:

  • Invested £3m in new protective equipment
  • Provided more hand sanitiser and gloves
  • Installed protective safety screens at till points and serving counters
  • Asked all colleagues to wear face coverings
  • Paid team members who are in self isolation
  • Cleaned and disinfected more often
  • Removed low priority tasks
