Most of our stores will now be open from 7am to 8pm, every Co-op with a petrol station is open to 11pm so you can still fill up. It gives us the chance to restock, carry out a good clean and offer you a better service.
We’re working hard to remain as fully stocked as possible. To make sure there’s enough for everyone in your community, we’re limiting some in-store items to x2 per person. And please only buy what you need.
Social distancing saves lives. We’re encouraging contactless payments and reducing the number of open tills to provide greater distance between customers. Look out for the floor tapes and please respect them.
In some cases we might have to limit the number of people allowed in our store at one time. Please be patient if that’s the case, but remember that it’s essential to your health and the health of our colleagues.
We’ve made it easier for those staying at home to pay for and get their essentials delivered with our Community Shopping Scheme. If you’ve been instructed by the Government to stay home, you can purchase or top up our Community Shopping Card by calling 0800 029 4592. The card will be posted to you within 2-3 working days and friends, family or volunteers can use this to do your shopping in store. We can also connect you to local volunteers in your area if support is needed to collect and deliver your shopping.
We now have a dedicated shopping hour for our vulnerable customers, those who care for them and our brilliant NHS workers. The hour is 8am to 9am Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 11am on Sundays.
We have temporarily paused our member offers as part of our commitment to help more people get hold of much needed essentials. They will be back soon but don’t forget we still have a great range of deals open to everyone here.
Contactless card payments limits have been increased to £45, making it easier and safer to buy items.
We recognise how hard our colleagues are working to support our communities.
