We ask customers in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland to respect people's space, while in Wales 2m social distancing is in place . Hand sanitiser and cleaning stations are available in every store for you to use.

With government rules in place across the UK, you must wear a face covering in all our stores, unless you're exempt. We're asking all our customers to do this to help keep everybody safe.

Helping communities shop for each other

We’ve made it easier for those staying at home to pay for and get their essentials delivered with our Community Shopping Scheme. You can purchase or top up our Community Shopping Card by calling 0800 029 4592. Friends, family or volunteers can use this to do your shopping in store.

Contactless card payments limits have been increased to £100, making it easier and safer to buy items.

Our new Co-op Membership gives a helping hand to you and your community

When Co-op Members buy selected Co-op branded products and services, we give 2p for every pound spent to local communities. This is split between the Local Community Fund and the Community Partnerships Fund.
