Delivery options

Delivery from Royal Mail

Prescription delivery is provided free of charge to a UK address of your choice.

Standard delivery

We use Royal Mail to deliver your order in plain, sustainable, unbranded packaging.

They will give you a 2 hour delivery slot and updates on your order by text message.

Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked service will deliver most items through the letterbox.

Missed deliveries

If your delivery is too large to fit through the letterbox, Royal Mail will try to leave it in your chosen safe place.

If they cannot do this, they will leave it with a local Post Office or delivery centre for up to 18 days. After this it will be sent back to us.

Non-standard delivery

Medication that must be kept cool

Medication that needs to be kept cool will be delivered by Royal Mail’s 24 hour tracked service.

Medication keep cool

These items normally do not fit through the letterbox so you will need to be available to take delivery.

When you receive the delivery, you must put them in a fridge as soon as possible.

Controlled medication

Certain types of medicine have stricter controls than normal prescription items.

Controlled medication is delivered by Royal Mail's 24 hour tracked service and must be signed for.

See our terms and conditions for more information about this.
