All funeral plans are stored on our systems, so don’t worry if you’ve lost your paperwork or need to change any of the details.
For all enquiries and changes, please contact us using the funeral plans contact form.
In your message, make sure to tell us:
- Your name
- Date of birth
- Funeral plan number
- Email address or contact telephone number
You can then ask for new paperwork, update your contact details, or ask us about changing your payment terms. We’ll make these changes for you, then send an email to confirm it’s been done. If you have requested new paperwork, we’ll send this out within 10 working days.
