Wow. We're not sure we have the words to accurately describe this awesome wine. But we'll try. Leyda Valley is a pretty special place for Sauvignon Blanc in Chile - the vineyards lie around 7km inland from the cooling breezes of the Pacific Ocean and are served with near-perfect growing conditions. Anyway that's (some of) the background but what, we hear you say, does it taste like.
Well, if you can imagine a melange of ripe gooseberries cut with a rapier-like rasp of lime and mouth-watering lemon citrus then you're getting close
