Ingredients
- 600g seasonal berries eg strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
- 150g Co-op plain flour
- 35g brown sugar
- 60g Co-op porridge oats
- 4 tbsp Co-op unsalted butter, melted
- Thick yogurt or ice cream to serve (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/Gas 5
- Hull the strawberries and cut into chunks. Divide them and the other berries between 4 cups
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together and spoon on top of the berries
- Bake for 25 mins until the topping is golden
- Serve with a dollop of thick yogurt or ice cream, if you like
