  • 600g seasonal berries eg strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
  • 150g Co-op plain flour
  • 35g brown sugar
  • 60g Co-op porridge oats
  • 4 tbsp Co-op unsalted butter, melted
  • Thick yogurt or ice cream to serve (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/Gas 5
  2. Hull the strawberries and cut into chunks. Divide them and the other berries between 4 cups
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and spoon on top of the berries
  4. Bake for 25 mins until the topping is golden
  5. Serve with a dollop of thick yogurt or ice cream, if you like
