  • 1/2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Co-op British chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 x 240g pack Co-op broccoli, courgette and fine green beans
  • 1/2 x 500g jar Co-op korma sauce
  • Small handful coriander, finely chopped
  • 400g pack Co-op chilled mashed potato


  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas 7
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add the onion and garlic
  3. Cover and cook for 3 mins, stirring halfway through
  4. Add the chicken, veg, sauce and 11/2 tbsp water
  5. Cover and cook for 5 more mins, until bubbling
  6. Stir half the coriander into the mash
  7. Spoon the curry into a pie dish, top with the mash, then sprinkle over the rest of the coriander and bake for 20 mins, until golden
