  • 125g Co-op Fairtrade dark chocolate
  • 4 scoops Co-op Irresistible English strawberry and clotted cream ice cream
  • 8 Co-op British strawberries, hulled and halved

  2. Line a tray with greaseproof paper
  3. Partially blow up 2 clean balloons, tie the ends, then dip into the chocolate part way, making sure the balloon is thickly coated in chocolate
  4. Rest the balloons on the greaseproof paper, and leave in a cool place for 2 hours to set fully
  5. Slowly release the air from the balloons and discard, then gently peel the bowls from the greaseproof paper
  6. Fill each chocolate bowl with 2 scoops of ice cream, 8 strawberry halves, and some mint leaves
