  • 100g Co-op Irresistible sourdough
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Co-op British egg
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1/2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1 Co-op ripe and ready to eat avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp Co-op French dressing
  • 4 tbsp Co-op fat free Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
  2. Whizz the sourdough in a food processor to make chunky crumbs, then mix with the black pepper in a shallow bowl
  3. Beat the egg in a separate shallow bowl
  4. Cut the cauliflower into florets and dip in the egg, then the crumbs
  5. Put on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and roast for 30 mins, until tender
  6. Meanwhile toss together a handful Co-op mixed leaf salad, sliced avocado and French dressing
  7. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with sweet chilli sauce
  8. Top the salad with the florets and serve with the spicy dip
