Big Bag Option


  • 4 slices Co-op farmhouse white bread
  • 1 Co-op British free range egg
  • 125g Co-op 0% Greek style natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Fairtrade icing sugar, plus extra to dust
  • 1 tsp orange zest, or a few drops vanilla extract (optional)
  • 60g Co-op blueberries
  • 75g Co-op raspberries


  1. Preheat the grill to medium
  2. Arrange the bread on the grill pan and toast on one side for 1-2 mins, until golden
  3. Turn the bread over and use a spoon to press the middles of the bread down
  4. Beat together the egg, yogurt, sugar and orange zest or vanilla extract (if using) until smooth
  5. Spoon onto the centre of each piece of bread, then divide the berries over the top
  6. Return to the grill and cook for 6-8 mins, or until the custard is set and the crust is golden
  7. Allow to stand for 2 mins
  8. Remove from the pan, transfer to serving plates and dust with icing sugar to serve
