- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Co-op 3 fruit marmalade
- 4 Co-op Irresistible chilli bangers
- 150g Co-op self raising flour
- 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Co-op semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 x metal skewers, or wooden skewers pre-soaked for 30 mins
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/Gas 6
- Mix together the sweet chilli sauce and marmalade, and brush over the sausages
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the olive oil and paprika, and stir well

- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 4 equal pieces
- Roll each into a strip roughly 25cm long
- Push a skewer into each sausage (so it’s like a lollipop)
- Take a strip of dough and wrap it around the sausage
- Repeat with the others, brush with milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Bake on a non-stick tray for 30 mins, until the dough is golden and the sausages are cooked through
