  • 1 tbsp vegetable Oil
  • 320g Co-op british lamb leg steaks, chunky diced
  • 1 jar Sharwood's jalfrezi cooking sauce 420g
  • Fresh coriander, optional


  1. In a non-stick saucepan with a fitting lid, simply fry the lamb in a little oil until browned

  2. Add the sauce, stir and place the lid on

  3. On a low heat gently simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until all is cooked through and the lamb is tender

  4. Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving

  5. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander
