  • 60g Co-op mature blue Stilton
  • 2 x 120g rib eye steaks
  • 400g pack Co-op mashed potato with root vegetables
  • 50g watercress


  1. Slice the steaks in half through to middle, to make 4 thin steaks, and dry in a little oil for 3.4 mins over a medium heat
  2. Turn down the heat and crumble Stilton on top of each steak, until melted
  3. Meanwhile, make up the mashed potato mix as it says on the packet, blend half the watercress, and mix in
  4. Serve the mash with 2 pieces of steak each, sprinkling the rest of the watercress on top
