Ingredients
- 60g Co-op mature blue Stilton
- 2 x 120g rib eye steaks
- 400g pack Co-op mashed potato with root vegetables
- 50g watercress
Method
- Slice the steaks in half through to middle, to make 4 thin steaks, and dry in a little oil for 3.4 mins over a medium heat
- Turn down the heat and crumble Stilton on top of each steak, until melted
- Meanwhile, make up the mashed potato mix as it says on the packet, blend half the watercress, and mix in
- Serve the mash with 2 pieces of steak each, sprinkling the rest of the watercress on top
