Big Bag Option


  • 500g pack Co-op British carrots, peeled and thickly cut into chips
  • 1 ½ tbsp Co-op cornflour
  • 2 tsp Co-op Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 Co-op GRO The Incredible burgers
  • 100g Co-op reduced fat houmous
  • Sriracha, to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, to serve
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced


  1. Heat oven to mark 6/200°C/180°C fan. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with cornflour and seasoning until coated, drizzle the oil over and toss well. Scatter the carrots onto the baking tray, spacing them apart, cook for 20 mins then remove from the oven and turn. Return the carrots to the oven and cook for a further 25 mins until golden. Meanwhile add the burgers to the oven and cook as per packet instructions, ensuring they are cooked through.

  3. Meanwhile, mix houmous with 1 tbsp water to loosen, then swirl through the sriracha.

  4. Top a lettuce leaf with a slice of tomato, burger, and a spoonful of spiced houmous, serve with carrot fries and enjoy.
