A Month of Mandala - August bundle

Eirian is taking 30 days off social media to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect to life in the UK. Although she will be offering two live zoom practices to honour the Full & New Moon phases - she also wanted to create this bundle so you can keep enjoying the magic of Mandala Vinyasa & Yin. All six, 90 minute pre recorded classes will be available for you to stream anytime, anywhere, as often as you like throughout August. Based around the elements and chakra theories, each practice invites you to become more curious about yourself as you explore the elements and reconnect to the rhythms of nature. Each class comes with a Spotify playlist which you will find in the individual video descriptions.
You will start the practice by awakening your body slowly through deep, long held, meditative Yin Yoga postures focusing on a specific group of muscles, preparing you for the more dynamic, Yang like – Mandala Vinyasa flow. Following the main structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa, The Mandala Sun Salutes will move you in a spiralling way, 360 degrees around the mat – honouring the spiral patterns that nature uses to shape and create all the material and energetic substances in our bodies.
This is an intermediate level class and due to the fast paced nature of Mandala Vinyasa it is advised that you attend at least six months of beginners vinyasa flow if you’re a complete beginner.
Earth Focusing on Mulhadara Chakra and the element of Earth, this practice will help you to feel rooted, stable and supported.
Water Focusing on the element of Water - shifting stagnant energy, giving you freedom to express yourself creatively through fluid, dance like sequencing. With an intention of learning how to adapt and go with the flow.
Fire Focusing on Manipura Chakra and the element of Fire - working on self esteem, self confidence and motivation.
Air Focusing on the heart Chakra - working on self compassion, love and a sense of feeling uplifted as you dance through the air element.
Throat Chakra Focusing on the Throat Chakra - the bridge between what you're feeling in your heart and gut, and thinking in your head. Explore pranayama techniques to clear your throat and help you express, tune in and listen to what your body is communicating as you explore transitions between poses.
