Mindfulness and Self Care

An online workshop for children and young people and their parents/carers that focuses on self-care and an introduction to mindfulness.

For the first half of the workshop, we will discuss self-care and why it is important.

After a short break, for the second half of the workshop, we will discuss how we can take better care of ourselves, including an introduction to mindfulness.

The online workshop will be led by friendly mental health clinicians at Newham CAMHS who look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have.
