This programme is for people looking to start their own venture or working in Corporate Venture, CVC units, corporate innovation roles, investors, ventures etc.
As we go through these unprecedented times many leading corporates are having to make many thousands of very smart people redundant who could create tech IP rich ventures.
In this session we will be considering the approach to corporates supporting your people to 'Starting your own business’, where ventures can gain support and investment.
Paul Mason is Director of Responsive Programmes at Innovate UK and will share how your venture can be supported. Innovate UK supports businesses to develop and realise the potential of new ideas. In this session we will gain an overview of the Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) and Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Grant support, Loans and Investment that can be provided to tech led ventures. Themes that are currently supported include COVID, transport, smarter manufacturing, air transportation, Net Zero energy, plastic waste etc.

No Charge: We will not charge for these sessions. We do however want to ensure people do attend when they sign up and they would find this of mutual value with the other particpants. We ask you register your interest and we will confirm your place.
