By entering the Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) and that you consent to the processing of any personal details you submit by Co-op, Walkers Snacks Ltd & Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd in accordance with its Privacy Policies: www.coop.co.uk/terms/privacy-notice, https://www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en & https://www.britvic.com/privacy-policy

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is only open to Co-op Group members who are GB residents aged 18 years or over. Temporary Co-op membership card holders are automatically excluded as well as employees of the Promoters, their agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age.

2. How to enter:

2.1. To enter in store, purchase a Participating Walkers Sensations and Pepsi Product (“Participating Products”) as part of one singular transaction and scan your Co-op Group membership card in a Co-operative Group Food store during the Promotion Period. Temporary membership card holders are automatically excluded from this promotion.

2.2 To enter online at shop.coop.co.uk, participants must purchase a Participating Walkers Sensations and Pepsi Product (“Participating Products”) as part of one singular transaction and fill in their Co-op Group membership card number at checkout during the Promotion Period.

2.3. Participating Products are as follows:

• 2 Litre: Pepsi MAX, Pepsi MAX Cherry, Pepsi MAX Lime, Pepsi MAX Caffeine free or Pepsi Regular

• And

• 150g: Walkers Sensations Thai Sweet Chilli or Walkers Sensations Roast Chicken and Thyme

2.4. Purchase necessary. Only one entry per person per shop (for multiple purchases, you must check out separately for each one, to receive multiple prize draw entries).

2.5. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period will run from 00:01 on the 03/12/2025 and will finish on 23:59 BST on the 26/12/25. All promotion entries received outside of the Promotional Period are automatically disqualified.

4. Prizes:

4.1. The Prize consists of a £1000 donation to Your Local Pantry and £1000 Cash. There are 6 Prizes total.

4.2. The Prizes are as stated, non-transferable and in respect of the donation prize no cash alternative is available to be given to the winner.

4.3. Any costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winners.

4.4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim:

5.1. There will be 6 winners in total.

5.2. The Winners of the Prizes will be drawn from all qualifying entries by the Co-op at random via a secure, entirely automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries. The Winners will be notified by The Co-op via email within two (2) weeks after the end of the Promotional Period. The Co-op will use the email address registered on the winners’ Co-op membership account to notify them. The Winners may withdraw from the promotion by responding “opt-out” tothe notification email. The Co-op will pass the winners’ email addresses to the Promoters so the Promoters’ agent can contact the winners via email to organise Prize fulfilment and donations.

5.3. Winners of the Prizes must respond within two (2) business days of being notified by the Co-op. If a Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then that Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Co-op shall be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.4. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Co-op shall be entitled to select another Winner.

5.5 The Promoters’ agent will contact Winners within 14 days of Winners’ response to the win notification emails sent by the Co-op. Winners will be asked to provide their full name and bank details, or address details if cheque payment is preferred. Prizes will be made by BACS or cheque, if preferred, within 14 days of receipt of payment information from the Winner.

5.6 The total donation value to Your Local Pantry of £6,000.00 will made to Your Local Pantry within 28 days of promotion close date.

5.7 Your Local Pantry is operated by the Church Action on Poverty Charity. Your Local Pantry is a UK-wide network of community food pantries that give people dignified, affordable access to food to those in need. The pantries are run locally by community groups, volunteers and churches, with central support from the charity they provide not just food but also connection, reducing isolation and improving mental and physical health. With more than 120 pantries now open, they support over 44,000 households and 120,000 people across the UK, building stronger, more resilient communities.

5.9 The donation value of £6,000 is informed by a bulk donation combining the 6 x £1000 provided to the charity.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:6.1. Personal data received in the course of the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the Co-op’s: www.coop.co.uk/terms/privacy-notice, Walkers Snacks Ltd. https://www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en & Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd Privacy Policy: https://www.britvic.com/privacy-policy . By participating in the Promotion you consent to Co-op & Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.

7. General:

7.1. The Promoters reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award alternative Prizes of equal or greater value, should the Prizes (or any element of them) become unavailable for any reason.

7.2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoters, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3. The Promoters reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to verify the Winners, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or refuse to award a Prize or to withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.

7.4. By entering the Promotion, you agree to release the Promoters from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of the Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoters’ negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

7.5. In all aspects of this Promotion the Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Promotion.

7.6 Co-operative Group Limited are not the Promoter.. Co-operative Group Limited and any of its associated entities shall not be liable for any breaches of these terms and conditions by the Promoters.

7.7. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7.8. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.

7.9. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

7.10. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

7.11. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

7.12. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

8. This promotion is operated by Walkers Snacks Ltd., with registration number 03474989, whose registered office is at 450 South Oak Way, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UW, and Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd., with registration number 00517211, whose registered office is at Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4TZ (together, the ‘Promoters’).
