Ingredients

  • ½ Co-op pineapple, peeled and cut into thin wedges
  • 1 Co-op apple, cored and sliced (we used Braeburn)
  • 8 large Co-op strawberries, sliced
  • 1 bottle Co-op Fairtrade Shiraz rosé
  • 300ml Co-op pineapple juice
  • Ice

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients and serve with ice in long glasses – decorate with extra sliced fruit if you like
