£3 off £20 instore and online offer for members

1. PROMOTER: This offer is provided by Co-operative Group Food Limited, a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, Registered No 26715R with registered office at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms and conditions are references to the promoter.

2. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This offer is available between 00:01 11/07/25 and 23:59 24/07/25 (the Offer Period).

3. ELIGIBIILTY:

a) This offer is open to UK residents who are Co-op Group Members. UK residents and 18+ only. Internet access required.

4. REDEEMING THE OFFER:

a) This offer will be automatically applied when you spend a minimum of £20 in a single transaction on Qualifying Items (see paragraph 5 below for exclusions) in either 1) Co-op Group food stores OR 2) online at Shop.coop.co.uk

b) Members must scan or swipe their membership card at the till in a Co-op Group food store or sign into their membership account online at Shop.coop.co.uk to receive the offer and have £3 taken off their final transaction cost.

c) This offer can only be redeemed once.

d) Any other offers, discounts or promotions (e.g. digital weekly offers) used in conjunction with this promotion will be deducted first, then the promotional offer of £3 off £20 will be applied to the final transaction total (which must be at least £20).

e) The offer is subject to legal Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP). Where the offer would reduce alcohol below MUP, we reserve the right to revoke the use of the offer on the transaction. If the offer is used in conjunction with any other discounts, the alcohol will only be discounted by whichever reduces the price of the alcohol furthest, without reducing the alcohol below the MUP. 5. EXCLUSIONS:

a) The offer cannot be used to purchase the following: fuel, first stage baby milk, postage stamps, saving schemes, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, newspaper deliveries, mobile phone top ups, saving stamps, prescription medicines, carrier bags, or cigarettes, tobacco and vapes. These products will not count towards your basket spend for the purpose of this offer.

b) ‘Qualifying Items’ for the purposes of paragraph 4 above means all products available for sale in Co-op Group stores, or online at Shop.coop.co.uk, other than those excluded in paragraph 5a.

c) The offer is non-refundable. Only the original offer is valid. No cash alternative.

d) The offer is not available in any of the following retailers, even though they may sell Co-op branded products: Franchise Petrol Forecourt stores, independent co-operatives, including; NISA stores; at Co-op Live arena; at Co-op festival stores or any other retailers.

6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or withdraw the offer at any time if we decide to do so. 7. RELEVANT LAW: This offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
