Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and to their details being communicated to the Promoter’s representatives so that the Promoters or their representatives can contact the participant in connection with the promotion (as necessary). Please retain a copy for your information.
1. PROMOTER: Co-operative Group Food Limited, a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, Registered No 26715R with registered office at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ in these Terms and Conditions should mean the Co-operative Group Food Limited.
2. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This promotion runs from 09:01 10 December 2025 and 23:59 02 January 2026 (Promotion Period). Any entries made outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is only open UK residents only who are Co-op Group Members and employee members of Co-operative Group Limited, who buy the 2 x Co-op Stonebaked pizza & 1 x Ben and Jerry’s ice-cream deal within the opening and closing date. Entrants must be 18+. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees of the Promoters (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies) who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion are excluded from entering this promotion This promotion is not available in any independent co-operative societies, Midcounties, Central England, Southern or Chelmsford Star co-operatives, some and concessions (such as Co-op Live) or in non-Co-op branded stores (such as Nisa. Internet access required. Temporary membership card holders are excluded from this prize draw. £1 joining fee applies.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the prize draw Co-op Group Members must purchase any 2 x Co-op Stonebaked pizzas and 1 x Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream, from the list below, and scan your membership card at the checkout during the Promotion Period to be automatically entered into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of times a Co-op Member can enter the prize draw during the Promotional Period, but there is a maximum of one entry per transaction. Products included in the deal are; Co-op Stonebaked Pepperoni Pizza 327G and Co-op Stonebaked Margherita Pizza 320G.

Please note for any member in Northern Ireland, the deal can only be redeemed with 2 x Co-op Stonebaked pizzas and 1 x Co-op Chocolate Honeycomb Cones 4x140ml.
4.1. To enter in store, members must purchase the 2 x Co-op Stonebaked pizza and 1 x Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream deal and scan your Co-op membership card/Co-op App at the till in a Co-operative Group Food store during the Promotion Period.
4.2. To enter online, participants must purchase the 2 x Co-op Stonebaked pizza and 1 x Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream deal and sign in with your Co-op Group Membership account or add your membership card number at checkout during the Promotion Period at shop.coop.co.uk. Excludes all other delivery partners.
5. PRIZE: The winner will get a 7-night Rome & Sorrento Experience for two adults, over 18, including:
- Return Flights: Economy Class return flights from a UK airport, to Rome, returning from Naples. Flights will be arranged from a major UK airport, which may not necessarily be the winner’s nearest airport. Airline selection, flight times, and baggage allowances will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- UK Transfers: Return public transport from the winners nearest mainline train station to the departure airport.
- Local Transfers: Private transfers from Rome airport to the hotel and from the Sorrento hotel to Naple’s airport.

Accommodation: • 4 Nights in Rome – five-star hotel accommodation (double occupancy, room only). • 3 Nights in Sorrento – five-star hotel accommodation (double occupancy, room only).

Rail Travel: Train transfers from Rome to Sorrento for two passengers (standard class).

- Private Roman-style pizza-making class for two – a 3-hour private class followed by lunch including the pizzas prepared and other Italian snacks and transfer to and from the hotel.
- Vintage Vespa Gelato Tour of Rome for two – a 90-minute guided tour of key Roman landmarks, with gelato included.
- Gelato Workshop in Sorrento for two – a 45-minute hands-on workshop at Gelateria David’s artisanal gelato lab.
- Lunch for two at Terrazza Vittoria Rooftop Restaurant – a three-course lunch including a bottle of house wine.
- £1,500 spending money to cover meals, drinks, local resort taxes, and personal expenses, including local travel or transits not pre-bookable by the holiday provider
- Trip Coordination: Full trip planning, booking and customer liaison provided by the Stretch.
5.1 Anything not listed in clause 5 above is excluded from the Prize. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure they meet the requirements for all elements of prize fulfillment (for example, but not limited to: visas and valid passports). The Prize is subject to availability and the whole Prize or individual elements may be amended or substituted by Stretch for an experience of a similar nature or value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, altered or extended by the winner, and no cash alternative will be provided. Stretch and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or expense arising from acceptance or fulfillment of the Prize once travel has commenced.
5.2 Booking and Travel Conditions:
- The prize must be booked with Stretch within two months of the winner being notified.
- Travel must be booked at least eight weeks prior to the intended departure date.
- All travel must be completed by 31 December 2026.
- Travel dates are subject to availability at time of booking.
- The prize cannot be taken from 22nd December – 04th January (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the departure or arrival country, and over the Easter weekend from 03rd April to 07th April”
- Both passengers must travel together on the same itinerary.
- Once booked, no changes can be made. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
5.3 Dietary Requirements: Winners must notify the holiday provider of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate these, availability and menu options may vary depending on local suppliers and venues. The holiday provider cannot guarantee full dietary accommodation in every instance.
6. WINNER SELECTION: 1 x Prize winner will be drawn at random within seven (7) working days of the end of the Promotion Period by the Promoter using a randomized computer process.
7. NOTIFICATION: Once the winner has been randomly selected, the winner’s details will be securely sent to our fulfilment partner, Stretch Communications, 37/38 Margaret Street, London W1G 0JF, who will then contact the winner using coopwinners@weticketit.com or by phone. Stretch will make contact within twenty-one (21) days of the promotion ending. The winner must respond to correspondence from Stretch Communications Ltd, within seven (7) days of being contacted. If no email confirmation is received or the phone call is not returned the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above in clause 6. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. We accept no responsibility for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed in the post or unused by their expiry date. We accept no responsibility where incomplete or incorrect information has been entered as part of a member’s details. If you do not win the prize draw, you will not receive an email from us or our fulfilment partner.
8. DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTERS: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any entry or any other aspect of the promotion, this will be decided by us. Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond our control. The Promoters are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
9. WINNERS LIST: Winner’s name and respective county of residence can be made available upon request by emailing competitionsupport@coop.co.uk with the subject title ‘Win a Holiday to Italy for 2’ within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of the winner being drawn. By entering, winner’s consent to such information being disclosed upon request. You have the right to ask that we stop any consent-based processing of your personal data after you withdraw that consent.
10. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full, you should contact the Membership Contact Centre on 0800 068 6727 to be excluded from the promotion. 11. DISQUALIFICATION: We reserve the right to reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the promotion if we reasonably suspect you of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud, cheating or dishonesty, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the Promoter’s opinion. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third-parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.
12. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRIES NOT RECEIVED: The Promoters accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or delayed entries and such entries will be void. The Promoters cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully received by us, or which are delayed, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whether such failure is within the control of the Promotor or its agents. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
13. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER PROMOTION: By entering this promotion, you agree to us collecting and using your personal data. We, and any third-party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data privacy laws. 15. CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROMOTION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize and the promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoters shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury, directly or indirectly occurring as a result of the provision of, or use of, the prize. We make no attempt to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of negligence. 18. RELEVANT LAW: This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
19. GENERAL: The Promoters are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
