Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
AB InBev UK Limited (company number 03982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1EN.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are Co-op Group Members. Employees, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded. Temporary membership cards are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
00:00 BST on 26 August 2026 until 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026 inclusive.
4. How to Enter
Purchase one promotional Budweiser 10x440ml pack in the participating Leeds Festival 2026 Co-op store and scan your registered Co-op Group Membership card at checkout. One automatic entry per qualifying purchase transaction. Maximum one entry per person per day. Any person attempting to exceed the entry limit, use multiple memberships or otherwise manipulate the Promotion may be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an independently supervised automated computer process. The draw will take place within 7 days from the closing date. The Co-op will notify the provisional winner by email within two weeks of the draw. The winner must respond within two business days. If they fail to do so, a reserve winner may be selected.
6. Prize
One prize consisting of four General Admission Leeds Festival 2027 tickets for the winner and up to three guests aged 18+. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value only where circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make this necessary. The tickets will be delivered in the form of digital tickets which will be available to download by the winners after successful validation. It is the responsibility of the winners to download specific ticket apps for delivery of the prize. If a winner does not have a smart phone the tickets can be sent via post, after successful validation. It is the responsibility of the winner to supply the correct postal address. The Prize will be delivered in time for the winner to attend. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of a prize caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control. The Ticket Prizes will be arranged by email or phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the Winners. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Winners with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity.
7. Prize Conditions
Guests must satisfy festival entry requirements and terms of conditions of the Prize and participation of the festival. Travel, accommodation, food, drinks, insurance and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly stated. Resale of the Prize is not permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to request the original itemised receipt for verification before awarding the Prize.
8. Verification
The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, eligibility and qualifying purchase. Fraudulent, bulk or automated entries will be disqualified.
9. Responsible Drinking

10. Privacy
Personal data will be processed only for administering the Promotion in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at: https://budweiserbrewinggroup.co.uk/privacy-policy), Co-operative Group Limited’s privacy policy solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, identifying eligible entrants and conducting the prize draw and the UK GDPR. Winner details will only be shared where necessary for fulfilment.
11. Winner Information
The surname and county of the winner will be available on request for three months after the closing date. Winners may object where this would prejudice their legitimate interests, although details may still be supplied to regulators where legally required.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent participants, amend or cancel the Promotion where unavoidable circumstances outside its reasonable control require it, while minimising participant disappointment. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
