FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. This (“Promotion”) is open to UK residents only (England, Scotland, Wales & NI) aged 18 and over.

3. The Promoter and Data Controller is Kellogg Europe Trading Limited, and the registered address is Three, Dublin Airport Central, Dublin Airport, Dublin, Ireland, K67 Y7E5

4. The Data Processor and Winner Selector is LTIMindtree, corporate Office at Technology Tower 1, Gate No.5, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai – 400072, India

5. The fulfilment contacts are Kellogg Europe Trading Limited, and the registered address is Three, Dublin Airport Central, Dublin Airport, Dublin, Ireland, K67 Y7E5, and Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, The Station, 7 High Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4EB.

6. Employees of Kellogg Europe Trading Limited, Three, Dublin Airport Central, Dublin Airport, Dublin, Ireland, K67 Y7E5, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this Promotion may not enter the Promotion.

7. Purchase necessary. Internet access and registration of a Kellogg’s account required.

8. Maximum of 5 entries per week, per person. Each entry must have its own separate proof of purchase. Maximum of 1 prize per person.

9. The promotion is open from 00:00 21.01.26 and closes 23:59 26.03.26 (the ‘Promotional Period’). Any entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

10. To enter prize draw, purchase any Cheez-It pack (as defined in Clause 12 below) from any participating retailer during the Promotional Period and: i) Scan the QR code on back of pack or visible on in-store media or visit: www.cheezit.com/comedy ii) Login to or register for a Kellogg’s account, providing your name, email address, UK home address and mobile number; iii) Select the retailer in which you purchased the product from the dropdown list provided; iv) Enter the last 4 digits of the barcode on pack; v) The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period by an independent adjudicator.

11. Retain proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to the date of entry as it may be required for verification purposes. You must retain a unique till receipt for each and every entry. Your till receipt(s) must predate the date and time of your entry or entries.

12. Purchase must be of Cheez-It products to be valid for entry. The “Qualifying Products” are listed below (subject to availability and whilst stocks last):

13. “Participating Retailers” means Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, Asda, Iceland, Co-Op, Spar and Nisa stores. The promotion is live for the duration of the Promotional Period, however, point of sale material may not be on display in stores throughout the duration of the Promotional Period.

14. Internet access, full name, mobile number, email address, and the purchase of a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer is required for entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

15. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant has entered multiple times or is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

16. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

17. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

Prize Details - Comedy Tickets

18. There are 50 x £100 e-gift cards available to be won in total to be redeemed against comedy tickets of the winners’ choice.

19. Tickets to comedy shows are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be available.

20. The £100 e-gift cards will be issued electronically within 7 days following win verification and will be supplied to winners via the email address provided on entry.

21. E-gift cards may only be used for purchases in the United Kingdom from the designated ticketing provider’s site, for tickets to participating events taking place in the UK and other event-related products.

22. E-gift cards can be used against the purchase of the designated ticketing provider’s products and associated services including booking fees and service charges, providing all costs are within the e-gift card balance.

23. You cannot use your e-gift card to buy ticket insurance, to buy any goods or services other than the designated ticketing provider’s products or to buy any goods or services on any third-party website, even if the website is linked to them (e.g. ticketweb.co.uk or universe.com).

24. e-gift cards are not redeemable against any resale tickets.

25. A payment for the designated ticketing provider’s products, can be made partly using the egift card and partly by other accepted payment methods (for example, credit or debit cards). In respect of online purchases at their website, the full value of any unused funds remaining on the e-gift card must be exhausted before another payment method will be accepted in respect of the remaining value of the transaction.

26. When using your e-gift card for online transactions, you will need the gift card number and the 3- or 4-digit security number specified in the email which contains your e-gift card, in order to complete the transaction.

27. E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue. After this period, they will be declared null, and void and the balance will be wiped.

28. E-gift cards have non-monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold. 29. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

30. Once the e-gift card has been issued and delivered to the winner’s email address, it is the responsibility of the winner. The promoter will not issue any replacement e-gift cards.

31. Redemption and use of the voucher must adhere to the designated ticketing provider’s terms and conditions found at: https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/giftcards.

Winner Selection, Notification and Claiming: Comedy Tickets

32. The 50x prize winners will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator from all the valid entries received during the Promotional Period and verified by the Promoter by 30.03.25. A winner will be redrawn if the drawn winner has previously won a prize in this Promotion.

33. The 50 x winners of the comedy tickets supplied as e-gift cards will be contacted within 5 working days of the draw date via email using the email address used to enter the promotion. To claim, the winners must reply to the e-mail providing their full name, proof of ID including age and proof of purchase within 14 days of initial notification. All information provided will be used in conjunction with the privacy policies at www.kelloggs.ie/en_IE/privacy-notice.html

34. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners of the e-gift cards using the e-mail address they provide upon entry, however, if their prize is not claimed within 14 days of first notification or the winner is ineligible or rejects their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner (using the same mechanism as for the original winner) and the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize, for a period of 3 months after the closing date, after which the prize will be null and void. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they respond to the winner notification email by providing the details requested to the email address provided. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are the winner.

35. The Promoter will endeavour to deliver the e-gift cards within 28 days of the winner confirmation.

36. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details when confirming acceptance of their prize in order for the prize claim to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.

37. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize, or part of the prize, of equal or greater value.

Prize Details: Meet and Greet Package

38. There are 4x Jason Manford Meet and Greet prizes (separate from the comedy tickets) available to be won in total, consisting of: i) 4 x overnight stay and meet and greet prize package (max 2 x adults per prize,18+, winner and their chosen guest) to take place on Saturday 18th April 2026 in Manchester:

• One-hour meet and greet with Jason Manford and drinks reception 4-5pm
• Overnight stay at a 4-star hotel in Manchester including breakfast
• Dinner allowance of £150 per winner
• £300 travel allowance per winner
• Comedy Club tickets for the evening (these are not for Jason Manford’s performances)

39. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation. Winner and guest will share a double room; twin room requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

40. The winner and their guest must be aged 18 years or older. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age of the winner by requesting copies of valid photo identification. If such identification shows that the winner is under 18 years old, the prize will be forfeited. If identification provided for a winner’s guest shows that the guest is under 18 years old, the winner will be asked to nominate a replacement guest who is aged 18 or older. Any failure by the winner to respond to requests for guest nomination or identification may result in the prize being forfeited.

41. Tickets to a comedy show will be booked by the fulfilment agency for the evening of 18th April 2026, and details and tickets for the event will be shared with the winners ahead of arrival. Please note, this will not be Jason Manford show.

42. The winner will receive a £300 travel allowance and £150 dinner allowance which will be sent via BACs transfer. It is the winner’s responsibility to book their travel to arrive in Manchester before the meet and greet at 4pm on 18th April 2026 and depart on 19th April 2026. It is also the winner’s responsibility to arrange their evening meal booking prior to the comedy show, along with transportation to the show.

43. The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of their prize.

44. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided except for in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.

Winner Selection, Notification and Claiming: Meet and Greet

45. The 4x prize winners of the meet and greet packages will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator from all the valid entries received during the Promotional Period and verified by the Promoter by 27.03.25. A winner will be redrawn if the drawn winner has previously won a prize in this Promotion.

46. The 4 x winners of the meet and greet will be contacted within 72 hours of the draw date by mobile and email to confirm their prize, using the number and email address provided upon entry. To claim, the winners must reply to the e-mail providing their full name, proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving license or equivalent form of identification that clearly shows the winner's date of birth) and confirmation of their availability on 18th -19th April 2026 within 72 hours of initial notification. Proof of purchase will be requested. The winner will also be requested to supply their UK bank details via a secure process. Once the winner has given their permission for their details to be transferred, provided the details requested and the completion of the verification process, they will be contacted by the fulfilment contact (Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd.) via e-mail using the e-mail address used to enter the promotion within 5 days of their prize acknowledgement. They will be asked to share their details of a valid and up-to-date UK bank account, along with their guest's proof of ID including date of birth. Please obtain guest's permission before submitting this information. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the privacy policy at https://www.uponcloudnine.co.uk/privacy.html.

48. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details when confirming acceptance of their prize in order for the prize claim to be processed. This includes valid and up-to-date details of a valid UK bank account to receive the BACs transfer. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.

49. Once the winner has successfully confirmed all details for prize fulfilment, including bank details for the cash prize, their prize will be fulfilled. The tickets to the comedy show for the evening of 18th April 2026 will be delivered as e-tickets to the winner’s email address up to 7 days before the event, and the cash prize will be delivered via BACs transfer within 5 days of prize acceptance. Booking confirmation for the hotel will also be shared by the third-party fulfilment agency prior to 18th April 2026.

50. The meet and greet and comedy show are date and time specific and non-transferable. No alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. If the winner cannot attend due to availability, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

51. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the prize being retracted.

52. The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.

53. Under no circumstances will the Promoter and its associated agencies be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

54. The prize winner's surnames and counties of residence will be available for 3 months after the closing date by contacting Kellogg’s www.cheezit.com/en-gb/contact-us. We reserve the right to refuse such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

55. The winner may be requested, but is not obliged, to enter into publicity as a result of the promotion.

General

56. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

57. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

58. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

59. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant’s entry to the promotion.

60. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Kellogg Europe Trading Limited will only process your Information for the following purposes: (1) To administer this promotion in line with the terms and conditions, and (2) to contact you in relation to future promotions and for marketing purposes. We will never sell your data to third parties but may combine your data with data from other sources in order to build anonymised/pseudonymised profiles for targeted advertising. Your data will be processed and held on servers located in the United States. The Promoter has ensured that any processors we use are obligated under EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure data protection compliance. We will hold your data as long as your consent is valid and you wish to receive marketing communications. You have the right to access your data, withdraw your consent, or to have your data erased. 61. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described above.

62. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

63. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English and Welsh Law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
