Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data of entrants is used by the Co-operative Group Limited for the purpose of conducting its membership card scheme and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Co-operative Group Limited’s privacy policy (available at https://www.coop.co.uk/terms/privacy-notice). From time to time, the Co-operative Group Limited may share personal data of members with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

1. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to GB residents (excludes NI) aged 18 years on date of entry. Co-operative Group Limited Members only. Temporary membership card holders are automatically excluded from this promotion. Employees of Heineken UK (The Promoter), its agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are exempt from entry.

2. How to enter:

2.1. Purchase any Cruzcampo or Cruzcampo Orange multipack pack (subject to availability) and swipe or scan your Co-op membership card at checkout in a participating Co-op store (excludes NI) or online at www.coop.co.uk using membership number during the Promotional Period for automatic entry into the prize draw. Service is at the discretion of the checkout staff. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Online deliveries must be made prior to 23:59 on 4/08/26.

2.2. Purchase necessary. Max one entry per purchase per day. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.

3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period will run from 00:01 15/07/26 to 23:59 4/08/26.

4. Prizes:

4.1. There is 1 x prize to be won which includes 2 x return flights to Seville, private transfers from Airport to hotel, 3 nights 5* accommodation & £500 travel allowance. The holiday is valid for travel between 12.08.26 to 12.09.27 excluding travel over bank holidays. All travel must be completed by 15.09.27. The winner should notify MIH at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip. Prize winner and guest must be aged 18 years or over.

a. Travel is subject to availability and excludes Public and Bank Holiday weekends in the UK. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

b. Please note that all winners will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth), before the prize can be arranged. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

c. Winners must have a valid UK bank account.

d. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details at the point of claiming their Prize and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.

e. Travel insurance is not included in the prize. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

f. The winner and their guest will require a valid passport; any necessary visas, vaccinations and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.

g. It is the responsibility of the Winner and any guest to check any travel advisories issued by a government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a government. The winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended vaccination and obtaining the vaccination (s) and health regulations required by any Prize destination country.

h. It is the responsibility of the Winner and any guest to check any airline restrictions

i. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil or delay in fulfilling its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or failure of third-party suppliers

4.2. No cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part. All activities included are optional and no cash alternative will be offered if winners choose not to take part. No person can win more than one prize. 

5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim

5.1. There will be 1 Winner in total.

5.2. The Winners of the Prize will be the first valid entry drawn by Co-operative Group Limited at random via a secure, entirely automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries. The Winner will be notified by Co-op via email within two (2) weeks of the end of the Promotional Period. If the Winner does not wish to consent, they may withdraw from the promotion by responding “opt-out” within 48 hours of receiving the notification email. A replacement winner will be selected if an opt-out request is received.

5.3. The Winner of the Prize must respond within two (2) business days of being notified by Co-op. If the Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and Co-op shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.4. Co-operative Group Limited will share the winners’ details with the Promoter’s prize handling agency and the winners will be notified by email within two (2) weeks of the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will use the address registered on the winner's Co-op membership account to notify them.

5.5. The Winners of the Prize must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted by fulfilment agency MIH. If a Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.

5.6. Winners’ first name and county will be available from 01/10/26 – 01/11/26 from mihteam@mihhandling.co.uk. If the winner does not consent to such information being disclosed it should notify the Promoter when the winner is notified of the prize win.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

6.1. Personal data received in the course of the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.

6.2. By entering the Promotion, you consent that, should you be the winner, the Promoter or any of its affiliates can publish your name, town of residence and face and/or likeness in any sites administered by the Promoter or any of its affiliates. Winner may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

7. General:

7.1. 7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to honour a prize and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2. The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable, or refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.

7.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

7.4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

7.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of scanning membership card is not proof of receipt and Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to system failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.

7.6. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

7.7. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agree.
