FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. THE PROMOTER: KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE.
2. WHO CAN ENTER: This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to residents in Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.
3. Entrants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. This Promotion features across 7 of the Promoter’s brands (KP Nuts, Skips, Hula Hoops, Pom-Bear, Popchips, Tyrrells and McCoy’s) with one shared prize pool as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
6. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
a. The “Main Promotion Period” will begin at 10:00 on Monday 25th May 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Sunday 23rd August 2026 (the “Main Promotion Period Closing Date”).
b. All entrants who enter during the Main Promotion Period will also be automatically entered once into the “Grand Draw”. The Grand Draw will take place on Monday 24th August 2026 in accordance with paragraph 11b. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk in accordance with paragraph 11g.
c. The “Late Entry Draw” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” being between 00:00 on Monday 24th August 2026 and 23:59 on Sunday 18th October 2026 (the “Late Entry Draw Closing Date”). All entries received after the Late Entry Draw Closing Date will not be accepted. Entries during the Late Entry Promotion Period are not eligible for entry into the Grand Draw.
7. HOW TO ENTER:
a. Go to cricket.everyonein.co.uk
b. Enter your full name, address details, valid email address and mobile phone number on the form, then press NEXT.
c. Press the CATCH TO WIN button. The gloved hand will either catch the ball (Win) or miss the ball (Lose)
d. Only one (1) entry per person per day. For the avoidance of doubt, a person can enter once per day during each of the Main Promotional Period and the Late Entry Promotion Period.
e. Any participant using multiple details (multiple email addresses/multiple postal addresses and/or multiple identities) to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any Prize (being a MP Prize, GP Prize, LD Prize or Mop Up prize) will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry or met the daily entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries or Prize claims.
f. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. Proof of sending your details will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
g. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant or household is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses or postal addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any prize will be void.
8. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION
a. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Promotional Period and randomly order:
i. 435 prizes: (i) 75x £125 We are England Cricket e-vouchers, (ii) 350 x Everyone In bat, ball & cricket stump sets, (iii) 5 x sets (4 tickets in each set) of 2027 Women's Ashes Tickets and, (iv) 5 x sets (4 tickets in each set) of 2027 Men's Ashes Tickets; (together the “Promotional Period Prizes”) AND ii. 5 prizes: (i) 3 x sets (4 tickets in each set) of The Hundred in London in 2026 Tickets and (ii) 2 x sets of The Hundred in Manchester in 2026 Tickets (the “Hundred Ticket Prizes”);
b. except that The Hundred Ticket Prizes will be randomly allocated to be won from the Opening Date to the 30.6.26 as The Hundred Ticket Prizes will be for The Hundred matches taking place prior to the end of the Promotional Period. If The Hundred Ticket Prizes are not claimed during the period of the Promotional Period, they will not be allocated into the Mop-up Draw.
All tickets provided as part of an MP Prize will be for a relevant match in Great Britain and at a location and date/time subject to the Promoter’s discretion. No choice of tickets, matches, location or dates is available. All tickets are general admission only.
c. If your time of entry (when you press the CATCH TO WIN button) matches a winning moment you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment.
d. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.
e. If no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next entry.
9. THE PRIZES
a. There are 435 prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period being: i. 75 x £125 We are England Cricket store e-vouchers. Each voucher is valid until 30th April 2027 and can only be redeemed at https://shop.ecb.co.uk/. The voucher will be subject to its own terms and conditions. Please check the website to review these. ii. 350 x Everyone In bat, ball & cricket stumps sets. iii. 5 sets of x4 2027 Women's Ashes Tickets + £500 (total) per winner. Dates and locations will be confirmed and allocated in 2027. Tickets will be subject to their own terms and conditions which will be made available to winners at the time of the date/location confirmation. iv. 5 x sets of x4 2027 Men's Ashes Tickets + £500(total) per winner. Dates, locations will be confirmed and allocated in 2027. Tickets will be subject to their own terms and conditions which will be made available to winners at the time of the date/location confirmation.
AND b. There are 5 prizes available to be won between the Opening Date and 30.6.26: i. 3 x sets of x4 The Hundred in London 2026 general admission tickets + £500 (total) per winner. Tickets will be subject to their own terms and conditions which can be found here. The dates of the Hundred in London 2026 Ticket prize matches are set out below and will be won in the following order. 1 x 4 x tickets at Lord’s Cricket Ground, London, on 23rd July 2026. 1x 4 x tickets at The Oval on 29th July 2026. 1x 4 x tickets at Lord’s Cricket Ground, London on 9th August 2026, ii. 2 x sets of 4 x The Hundred in Manchester in 2026 general admission tickets + £500 (total) per winner. Tickets will be subject to their own terms and conditions which can be found here. The dates of the Hundred in Manchester 2026 Ticket prize matches are set out below and will be won in the following order 1 x 4 x tickets for Emirates Old Trafford on 31 st July 2026. 1 x 4 x tickets for Emirates Old Trafford on 5th August 2026.
All ticket prizes exclude travel, accommodation, food, beverages, parking, souvenirs and personal expenses.(the 440 prizes together being the “MP Prizes”).
c. Only 1 x MP Prize max per household, excluding the Grand Prize.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT
a. In accordance with paragraph 7c, if the gloved HAND catches the ball, the winner will be notified immediately on screen which MP Prize they have been allocated.
b. The 350 x Everyone In cricket sets winners will each receive an email within 14 working days confirming their win and their prize will be dispatched within 28 working days of their win. These winners will not need to claim this MP Prize. The relevant MP Prize will be sent to the postal address used at the point of entry.
c. The MP Prize winners of: i. the 75 x We are England Cricket store e-vouchers ii. 5 x sets of 4 x 2027 Women's Ashes Tickets + £500 (total) iii. 5 x sets of 4 x 2027 Men's Ashes Tickets + £500 (total) iv. 3 x sets of 4 x The Hundred in London in 2026 Tickets + £500 (total) v. 2 x sets of 4 x The Hundred in Manchester 2026 Tickets + £500; will each receive an email (the “First Cricket Email”) within 14 working days of their win. MP Prize winners will each have 14 days from receipt of the First Email to claim their MP Prize. Any winner who does not respond within 7 days of the First Email, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the MP Prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the First Email, MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and (excluding The Hundred Ticket Prizes) the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner during the Mop Up Draw.
d. All ticket prizes will be sent to winners via a ticketing app 14 days prior to the event dates.
e. We are England Cricket store e-voucher MP Prize will be sent via email to the email address used at the point of entry within 14 working days of MP Prize claim.
f. The £500 for each winner of a set of tickets will be paid into the relevant winner’s UK bank account 14 working days before the event date. Winners are required to provide details of a UK sterling bank account in their name only. The travel allowance cannot be paid into an account operated by an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) or a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI).
11. GRAND WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILMENT
a. The Grand Draw prize is £20,000 cash (“GD Prize”) and, in accordance with the automatic entry procedure set out at paragraph 6b, only one entrant who enters during the Main Promotion Period will win the GD Prize notwithstanding how many entries are made by that entrant. The GD Prize will only be paid by bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name only in accordance with paragraph 11c and 11d.
b. On 24th August 2026 a winner of the GD Prize will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within Main Promotion Period (the “GD Winner”).
c. The GD Winner will be notified by email using the details provided on entry, within 14 days of the Grand Draw and will have 14 days in which to claim the GD Prize and provide their details required to make the transfer of the GD Prize in accordance with paragraph 11a and provide valid proof of name that match details provided at the point of entry and valid proof of age (the “Claim Period”). If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the first 7 days of the Claim Period, another notification will be sent. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the remaining 7 days of the Claim Period or provide valid proof of age/identity in accordance with clause 11d, the GD Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner drawn at the same time as the original in accordance with paragraph 11b and a new claim period of 14 days will recommence in accordance with this paragraph 11c. For the avoidance of doubt the GD Prize will not be deemed claimed if the GD Winner does not provide their details required to make the transfer of the cash prize in accordance with paragraph 11a and 11d.
d. Only valid ID matching the entry name used at the point of entry will be accepted. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of ID/age (passport, driving licence, council tax bill, or utility bill less than three months old for example). Business or work addresses will not be accepted.) Out of date proof of identity will not be accepted. A mobile phone bill will not be accepted as proof of identity. Please note we can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry to confirm the information required in this paragraph 11d. The decision of the Promoter on the validity of any ID documents shall be final.
e. The Grand Prize will be paid into the winner’s UK bank account within 14 working days of the provision of their valid details required to make a transfer in accordance with paragraph 11c. The Grand Prize cannot be paid into an account operated by an Electronic Money Institution or a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI).
f. Entrants will only be entered once into the Grand Draw regardless of the number of individual entries made during the Main Promotion Period.
g. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk by 23:59 on 23rd August 2026.
12. LATE ENTRY DRAW DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION
a. There are 5 prizes available to win within the Late Entry Draw. These are: i. 5x Everyone In bat, ball & cricket stumps set (each a “LD Prize”)
a. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Promotional Period and randomly order the 5 LD Prizes.
b. If your time of entry (when you press the CATCH TO WIN button) matches a winning moment you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment.
c. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.
d. If no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next entry.

d. All LD Winners winner notification, prize claim and prize fulfilment process will be carried out in accordance with Clause 10b.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a winner’s entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or injury to a prize winner caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.
14. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION
a. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here
b. The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk within 1 month of the Late Entry Draw Closing Date. Winners may request their surname and county are not published in the event they win by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk before the Late Entry Draw Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.
c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the Prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use an entrant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the entrant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 14b of these Terms and Conditions.
15. GENERAL
a. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering this Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any Prize for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any Prize.
b. Prizes are not transferable, they cannot be resold, and there are no cash (in respect of prizes that are not specified as cash) or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The Prize must be accepted as offered by the relevant named winner(s).
c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
d. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
e. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their Prize.
f. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
g. By entering this Promotion an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
h. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
i. Any unclaimed, or withheld prizes, from the Main Promotion (except for any Hundred Ticket Prizes) will be put into a random prize draw (“Mop Up Draw”) of all eligible participants within 28 days of the Late Entry Closing date. Mop up winners will be sent an email to the email address used at the point of entry.
j. The MP Winners, the GD Winner, the LD Winners and the Mop up winners (including any substituted winners allocated prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be the “Winners”). The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Winners including requesting proof of name, age and address and to request ID. The Promoter may withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
k. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if a participant or a Winner has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.
l. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
m. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.
n. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
o. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or Prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

q. The Promoter reserves the right to verify Winners and ask for proof of full name, age and address before a Prize can be dispatched and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity and address must match address details provided at the point of entry.
r. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
