Terms and Conditions

By entering the Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is only open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees of the promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies) are excluded from entering.

2. How to enter:

2.1. Purchase any Menabrea 660ml and scan your Co-op membership card in a Co-operative Group Food store during the Promotion Period to be automatically entered. Temporary membership card holders are automatically excluded from this promotion. Any employees of the promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion) are excluded from entering this promotion. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age.

2.2. Purchase necessary. Only one entry per order and one entry per day.

3. Promotional Period:

The Promotional period will run from 00:00 UTC+01:00 on the 14/10/2026 and will finish on 23:59 UTC+01:00 on the 3/11/2026.

4. Prizes:

4.1. The Prize consists of 1 Everyman ‘Everywhere’ Membership for 12-Months. One prize to be won.

4.2. The Prize is as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

4.3. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winners.

5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim:

5.1. There will be 1 Winner in total.

5.2. The Winner of the Prize will be drawn by The Co-op at random via a secure, entirely automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries. The Winner will be notified by The Co-op via email within TWO (2) weeks of the end of the Promotional Period. Co-op will use the address registered on the winner's Co-op membership account to notify them. The Winner may withdraw from the promotion by responding “opt-out” within 48 hours of receiving the notification email. Following winner selection and identification as outlined above, the winner’s information shall be passed to Tennent’s, as Promoter. The prize shall be fulfilled by the Promoter’s fulfilment partner, Altavia UK Group Limited and winner information shall be passed to Altavia for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

5.3. The Winner of the Prize must respond within two (2) business days of being notified by the Promoter. If the Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above until a Winner is identified.

5.4. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

6.1. For the purpose of collating entries, picking and notifying the prize winners, Co-op and TCBUK are joint controllers. As between Co-op and TCBUK, Co-op is the joint controller responsible for the personal data processing necessary to operate the prize draw (e.g. the review of transaction data to collate entrants, application of eligibility requirements, randomly allocating prize winners from entrants and subsequent notification) and shall be the primary contact for data subjects and the Information Commissioner’s Office. For the purpose of fulfilment of prizes other than Co-op Membership points (i.e. delivery of the prize to the winner) TCBUK is an independent controller and will process such personal data given to it by the winners or Co-op (following winners acceptance of relevant prize) in accordance with TCB privacy policy, here: Read Our Privacy Policy - Tennent's.

6.2. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.

6.3 The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

6.4 All data provided by winners in the promotional period will be destroyed 3 months after the close of the main promotion, unless you have consented to receive marketing from the Promoter.

7. General:

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the Prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason.

7.2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the Winners, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or refuse to award a prize or to withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.

7.4. By entering the Promotion, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of the Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

7.5. In all aspects of this Promotion the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Promotion.

7.7. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
