M&M’S X MARVEL 2026 – LONG FORM TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion (the “Main Promotion”) and the wrap up draw promotion (the “Wrap Up Draw”) unless otherwise stated, collectively referred to as the promotion (the “Promotion”). Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications related to the Promotion, including advertising or Promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy and agree to any personal information you submit as part of this Promotion being held and processed by the Promoter in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Promoter: Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG, registered in England, company number 06649982. Personal data will be processed by the Promoter and its appointed agencies for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, except for employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

3. Internet access and registration required. Mobile data charged at your networks standard rate.

4. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or entering via agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases, or entries automatically generated by computer, will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the maximum limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

5. The Main Promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 13.04.26 to 23:59:59 on 05.07.26 (the “Main Promotional Period”). The Wrap Up Draw will run from 00:00:01 on 06.07.26 to 23:59:59 on 31.12.26. Entries submitted outside of the Main Promotional Period or the Wrap Up Draw Period will not be included in the Promotion. Entries must be received within these times to be valid. The Wrap Up Draw entry period has been extended from the advertised terms to allow for entries from promotional packs that remain in store beyond the original closing date.

HOW TO ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN

6. For the chance to win, purchase any promotional pack of M&M’s Peanut, M&M’s Crispy, M&M’s Choco or M&M’s Minis. Scan the QR code on promotional materials or visit www.mms.com/marvel-selectyour-country and complete the online entry registration form by entering your full name, email address, mobile number, last 4 digits of your product barcode and select the retailer of purchase.

7. Only one entry per person, per day, up to a maximum of 10 entries per person. Anyone attempting to enter more frequently will be disqualified.

8. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged. Entries made using disposable or anonymous email services will be considered invalid and will not be accepted.

9. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request and gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry / win.

THE PRIZES

10. There are 2,003 prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won across the Main Promotion and Wrap Up Draw.

Main Promotion

• 1 x trip to Disneyland® Paris for 4 people (the "Main Prize") (as detailed at condition 13)

• 2,001 x £20 vouchers for m&ms.com/en-gb. ROI winners will receive Euro vouchers. (as detailed at condition 14)

Wrap Up Draw: 1 x £50 voucher for m&ms.com/en-gb. ROI winners will receive Euro vouchers.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

11. 2,003 winners will be picked at random from all valid entries using an automated computer program as follows:

If the number of prizes exceeds the number of entries for any weekly draw, any unawarded prizes will be added to be won during the Main Prize Draw. All prizes will be awarded.

12. Once the promotion has closed on 06.07.26, winner of the Main Prize will be picked at random from all valid entries, using an automated computer program within 14 days after the promotion has closed.

13. All prize winners will be notified with a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the Promotion.

PRIZE INFORMATION & REDEMPTION

14. Main Prize (Disneyland® Paris trip for 4): The winner of the Main Prize will receive a follow up email from the Promoter’s prize provider(who have been contracted by the Promoter to administer this prize), within 14 working days of winner notification to arrange their prize. If the winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize from all remaining entries if possible. The winner should retain their notification text message until their win has been verified.

Winners must contact the prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas, documentation or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package.

Trip to Disneyland® Paris:

• Travel: Return standard class Eurostar travel from London or flights from major international airports in London or Dublin to Paris, France (inclusive of all luggage and applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties).

• Transfers: Return station or airport transfers to hotel in Chessy, France.

• Accommodation: 1 night’s accommodation at the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, Chessy, France based on 4 adults sharing one superior room with 2 double beds, including breakfast and free park shuttle bus.

• 2-day access to the Disney® Parks for 4 people.

Further Conditions:

· Prize Package for four (4) people all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.

· Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; Mode of transport will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion.

· At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18, where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times on all tours and experiences.

· The prize excludes meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions; All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion.

· Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. For UK winners, travel insurance provided is a basic single trip policy and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over. For ROI winners, a travel insurance allowance is provided to the value of €20 EUR per person and it is the responsibility of the winner and guests to take out travel insurance for their trip; Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances.

· A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the four guests must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card.

· If the winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then the prize provider will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion. All tours and experiences will be conducted in English. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the Promotion or of any prize.

15. Weekly Prize (£20 voucher): Winners of the £20 m&ms.com/en-gb voucher will receive a notification via text message containing a winning code and link to a claim portal. The code is valid for £20 off site wide. ROI winners will receive Euro vouchers. Voucher valid online only, not valid in M&M’S World & Stores. The voucher is not cumulative with another promotional offer or discount code. Voucher valid until 05.07.2027. To claim the voucher, add the voucher code provided in the cart or checkout. Voucher must be used in one order only and cannot be split between several orders. If total order amount is higher than £20, the payment of the order must be completed with another payment method.

16. Wrap Up Draw Prize (£50 voucher): The wrap-up draw will be held once the wrap up promotional period closes. The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries using an independently supervised process. The wrap-up draw winner will be notified with a text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion and will receive a notification via text message containing a winning code and link to a claim portal. The code is valid for £50 off site wide. ROI winner will receive Euro voucher. Voucher valid online only, not valid in M&M’S World & Stores. The voucher is not cumulative with another promotional offer or discount code. Voucher valid until 05.07.2027. To claim the voucher, add the voucher code provided in the cart or checkout. Voucher must be used in one order only and cannot be split between several orders. If total order amount is higher than £50, the payment of the order must be completed with another payment method.

TESCO EXCLUSIVE PRIZE DRAW

17. All Main Promotion entrants having purchased a promotional pack in Tesco and selected Tesco as their retailer will also have a chance of winning 1 x Disney Cruise Line holiday for 4 (the “Tesco Exclusive Prize”) via end of promotion prize draw. Winner will be picked at random from all valid UK and ROI Tesco entries using an automated computer program within 14 days of the promotion closing. The winner of the Tesco Exclusive Prize will receive a follow up email from the Promoter’s prize provider (who have been contracted by the Promoter to administer this prize), within 14 working days of winner notification to arrange their prize. If the winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize from all remaining entries if possible. The winner should retain their notification text message until their win has been verified.

Tesco Exclusive Prize (Disney Cruise Line Holiday):

Three (3) or Four (4)-night Disney Cruise Line holiday for winner and up to three (3) persons, to be taken aboard the Disney Dream departing from Southampton, England.

The Disney Cruise Line Holiday includes:

o Up to Four (4) roundtrip transport allowances between the winner’s residence (“Departure Point”) and Southampton Port (“Arrival Point”), up to the value of £100 per person;

o One (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of Four (4) persons at a Southampton, England hotel (hotel selection at the discretion of Disney) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure;

o Ground transportation for up to Four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local transportation from the Arrival Point to the hotel, from the hotel to Port of Southampton, and from Port of Southampton to the Arrival Point (at the discretion of Disney);

o One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Dream (location/category at the discretion of Disney) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people;

o All meals onboard the Disney Dream (excluding specialty and fine dining);

• Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server;

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the holiday package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of winner or guests, including but not limited to:

• Shore excursions

• Travel insurance

• Laundry service

• Spa treatments

• Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee)

• Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks)

• Local and long distance telephone calls

• Ship to shore communications including internet

• Merchandise and souvenirs

• Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above

Please note the following restrictions for the Tesco Exclusive Prize:

• Travel for the holiday package must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur from 20.08.2027 to 30.08.2027. If travel is not completed by 30.08.2027, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the Holiday Package, for any reason and in its sole discretion, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. No substitution of Holiday Package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.

Required Travel Dates:

August 20th, 2026 - August 23rd , 2027 (3-night sailing) August 23rd , 2026 - August 27th , 2027 (4-night sailing) August 27th , 2026 - August 30th , 2027 (3-night sailing)

• Holiday Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Holiday Package is not redeemable for cash. Holiday Package is non-commissionable.

• Holiday is for the winner and up to three (3) guest(s) of the winner’s choosing. Once selected by the winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Holiday Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Holiday Package or compensation provided to the winner.

• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). Insofar as permitted by law, Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Holiday Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion whereby Disney reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

• If Holiday Package includes travel allowance, the winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Point (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Travel supplier’s regulations and conditions apply to travel. Travel allowance tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and are not valid for upgrades.

• If Holiday Package includes hotel stay, photo identification and credit card in good standing or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).

• The winner and guests are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. The winner and each guest are responsible for ensuring that they have proper citizenship documentation.

• The winner and each guest will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The winner and each guest will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Holiday Package. winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the Holiday Package or any related activity or travel related.

• Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.

• In the event the winner and/or guest(s) engage in behaviour that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Holiday Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Holiday Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

• Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Holiday Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.

• Holiday Package is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.

• Failure to accept the Holiday Package within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture

• Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

• The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Holiday Package is US$9,983.00 which includes Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

DATA PRIVACY AND YOUR RIGHTS

18. The Promoter will only use entrants’ personal information to administer the Promotion in line with these Terms and Conditions. Personal data will only be shared with third parties (such as the prize provider) where it is necessary to manage the prize draw and for prize fulfilment. For further details on how the Promoter uses personal data or how to manage personal data requests, please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

19. The surname and county of the winner of the Disneyland® Paris trip and Disney Cruise Line prize, and a list of all other winners’ surnames is available upon request. Please post your request and a stamped addressed envelope to: Consumer Care, Freepost Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Ltd within 3 months of the Promotion close date. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing contact@ukmw.mars.com. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose information to regulatory authorities if required by law to do so.

20. In the event a winner requests for their personal data, including phone number and address details, to be deleted or limited in scope, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner's prize or assist them. The full name and contact details of the winners will be retained for 30 days after the relevant prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winners, and always in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Winners’ surnames and/or county details will be retained for the purposes of administering this Promotion and may be available to members of the public, subject to Condition.

GENERAL INFORMATION

21. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified and the prize withdrawn. No cash alternatives or other alternative prizes will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

22. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

23. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not receive their prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides an incorrect mobile number/postal address.

24. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winners’ statutory rights are not affected.

25. No correspondence: Winner selection is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.

26. This Promotion and the prizes are not in any way officially endorsed or associated with Marvel, Disney, Disneyland® Paris or Disney Line Cruises. The Walt Disney Company, Marvel and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes. The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider”. The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to this prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, or prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, and the Promotion.

27. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion without further remuneration.

28. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including by asking the winners’ identity (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize), including proof of age, and may refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions (including entry requirements) or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

30. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.

31. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

32. Limitations of liability: Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

• Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;

• Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;

• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; and

• Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person (or their property) which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.

33. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining clauses shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.

34. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or ROI, you may bring your claim before the Scottish, Northern Irish or the Irish courts (respectively), if you wish.
