Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.

For the purposes of collating entries, picking and notifying the prize winner(s), Co-operative Group Limited and the Promoter are joint controllers. As between Co-operative Group Limited and Promoter, Co-operative Group Limited is the joint controller responsible for the personal data processing necessary to operate the prize draw (e.g. review of transaction data to collate entrants, application of eligibility requirements, randomly allocating prize winner(s) from entrants and sharing winner data with Heineken) and shall be primary contact for data subjects and the Information Commissioner’s Office. For the purposes of fulfilment of prizes (i.e. notifying winners of their prize win and arrangement of delivery of such prizes to the winner(s)) the Promoter is an independent controller and will process such personal data given to the Promoter by the winner(s) or by Co-operative Group Limited (as noted above) in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice (https://www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy).

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is only open to UK residents (excluding NI) aged 18 or over on the date of entry. Co-operative Group Limited Members only. Temporary membership card holders are automatically excluded from this promotion. Employees of Heineken UK Limited (the Promoter), Co-operative Group Limited, their agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from entry.

2. How to be automatically entered:

2.1. Buy any of the following products (subject to availability) and swipe or scan your Co-op membership card at checkout in a participating Co-op store (excludes NI) or online at www.coop.co.uk using your membership number during the Promotional Period (defined below):

2.2. Service is at the discretion of the checkout staff. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Online orders must be made prior to 23:59 on 25/08/26.

2.3. Purchase necessary. Max one entry per person per day. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.

3. Promotional Period:

The promotion will run from 00:01 05/08/26 to 23:59 25/08/26 (the “Promotional Period”).

4. Prizes:

4.1. Each Prize consists of: 3 x 4 packs of Birra Moretti variants, 2 x Birra Moretti pint glasses, 3 x Crosta Mollica snacks and 1 x £30 Co-op gift voucher. Age verification on delivery.

4.2. There are 100 Prizes to be won.

4.3. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize in whole or in part. No person can win more than one Prize. 

5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim:

5.1. There will be 100 winners in total.

5.2. The winners of the Prizes will be the first 100 valid entries drawn by Co-operative Group Limited. Each winner will be drawn by The Co-op at random via a secure, entirely automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries. Co-op will pass the winner's email address to the Promoter so the Promoter can arrange for the winner to be contacted to organise the prize fulfilment.

5.3. The winner will be notified by MIH Handling, the Promoter’s prize fulfilment agency, via email within two (2) weeks of the end of the Promotional Period. The Co-operative Group will provide the Promoter with the email address and/or phone number registered on the winner's Co-op membership account so that MIH can notify them. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize, they may withdraw from the promotion by responding “opt-out” within 48 hours of receiving the notification email. A replacement winner will be selected if an opt-out request is received.

5.4. The winners of the Prizes must respond to MIH within seven (7) working days of being notified of the win. If a winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.5. If a winner rejects their Prize or their entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

5.6. Winners’ first name and county will be available from 06/10/2026 – 06/01/2027 from mihteam@mihhandling.co.uk. If the winner does not consent to such information being disclosed it should notify the Promoter when the winner is notified of the Prize win. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes.

5.7. The Prize will be sent to the winner within two (2) weeks of fulfilment being arranged via recorded delivery. Age verification on delivery.

6. General:

6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to honour a prize and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.2. The Prize is not transferrable, exchangeable, or refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.

6.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

6.4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

6.5. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

6.6. The promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as Prizes.

6.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of scanning membership card is not proof of receipt and Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to system failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.

6.8. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any Prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.

6.9. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this promotion.
