TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MÜLLER X MYPROTEIN PROMO (“Promotion”)

THE BITS YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Prize: 21 x PureGym memberships for 12 months (52 weeks) for the winner and one nominated friend (42 memberships in total). Each membership will run for 12 months from its start date and may be used at the relevant recipient’s chosen PureGym location, subject to PureGym’s standard membership terms and conditions. Winners will receive their memberships via a welcome email issued by PureGym once the winner and their nominated friend have provided the required details. Promotional Period: the period from 7th October 2026 at 00:00am until the 28th October 2026 at 11:59pm (“Closing Date”) inclusive.

Number of Entries: One entry per person, per day. Maximum of 1 prize per person.

How to Enter: During the Promotional Period, entrants must visit winwithmullermyprotein.co.uk or scan the QR code displayed on promotional materials in participating Co-op stores and complete the online entry form by entering their name, email address, and indicate whether they have a Co-op membership card. No purchase is necessary. Entries via any other means not explicitly stated above will not be accepted. Entrants must have a valid email address to claim their prize.

Geographical Restrictions: Open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only.

THE PROMOTER:

1. The Promoter is Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP t/a Müller Yogurts & Desserts, a limited liability partnership registered in England with partnership number OC384928 whose registered office is at Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3SQ (the “Promoter”).

2. This Promotion is run in conjunction with Altavia UK Group Limited, a limited company registered in England with company number 02527817 whose registered office address is Mercury House, 8 Sandy Way, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EJ.

WHO CAN ENTER:

3. This Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over. Entrants are required to have a valid email address to claim their prize.

4. This Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, such employees’ immediate families or anyone else professionally involved in the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

5. During the Promotional Period, entrants must visit winwithmullermyprotein.co.uk or scan the QR displayed on promotional materials in participating Co-op stores and enter their name, email address and indicate whether they have a Co-op membership card. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person, per day. Entries via email, facsimile or by any other means not explicitly stated above will not be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified and invalid.

6. Entrants must not use a false name or email address or provide any false information when registering for use of the website or entry into the Promotion. The Promoter may at its entire discretion refuse, remove, or suspend registration at any time, for any reason.

7. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible.

THE PRIZE:

8. One winner each day during the Promotional Period will win one (1) prize consisting of a PureGym membership for 12 months (52 weeks) and one (1) additional PureGym membership for 12 months (52 weeks) for a friend nominated by the winner. There will be 21 prizes available in total during the Promotional Period and a total of 42 memberships awarded throughout the Promotion. Each membership will run for 12 months from its start date.

9. All PureGym locations are included within the prize; however, each membership will provide single access to the relevant recipient’s chosen home gym. If a winner or their nominated friend wishes to transfer to a different gym during the membership period, they must contact PureGym at member.services@puregym.com. Memberships will be issued via a welcome email issued by PureGym once the winner and their nominated friend have provided the required details.

10. Once the winner has provided their details, PureGym will arrange for the memberships to be set up and will issue each winner and nominated friend with a welcome email confirming their membership details and access information.

11. Each winner and their nominated friend must redeem their respective membership in their own name. The start date for each membership must be within one month of the winner being notified of their prize. Once activated, the membership will run for 12 months from the relevant start date.

12. To claim the prize and enable the memberships to be set up, each winner and their nominated friend must provide their full name, date of birth, postcode, email address, mobile telephone number, chosen PureGym location and preferred membership start date.

13. At the end of the 12-month prize membership period, the membership will automatically terminate. No paid membership or subscription will begin automatically, and no further payments will be taken. If a winner or their nominated friend wishes to continue accessing PureGym after the prize membership ends, they will need to join separately and enter into a new membership directly with PureGym.

14. One prize draw winner will be selected at random from all complete and eligible entries received between 12:00am and 12:00pm each day during the Promotional Period. Entries received after 12:00pm on any day will be entered into the following day's prize draw.

15. If no eligible entries are received on any given day, the prize for that day will roll over to the following day and two winners will be selected from all complete and eligible entries received for that following day’s prize draw.

16. The PureGym memberships awarded as prizes are subject to PureGym's membership terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.puregym.com/membership-terms-conditions/. Winners and their nominated friends must comply with those terms and conditions in order to redeem and use the memberships.

17. Each membership must be redeemed and used by the named recipient and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or gifted to another person. No cash alternative or refund will be offered. Once the winner has nominated their friend and the friend’s membership has been issued or activated, the nominated friend cannot be changed.

18. If a winner or their nominated friend is an existing PureGym member, PureGym will cancel their current membership and replace it with the 12-month fixed-term prize membership. They will retain their existing access PIN and no further payments will be taken under their current membership. No cancellation fee will apply.

19. Maximum of one prize per person. If an entrant, who has already won a prize during the Promotional Period, is randomly drawn again as a winner on another day, this win will be invalid and that day’s prize draw will be drawn again.

20. Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised prize (in whole or in part), the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of similar value (in whole or in part).

21. Winners will be notified using the contact details they submitted at the time of entry. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winning entrants to arrange for delivery of the prize, but if there is no response within 7 days, or the contact details are invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly re-allocate the prize without liability to the original winner.

22. The winners will receive their prize within 28 (twenty eight) days of responding to their win notification. The winners confirm that their details and email address are their own personal details and that they are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of the prize caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

23. For any queries relating to the prize or the PureGym memberships, winners should contact PureGym directly at member.services@puregym.com.

PRIZE DRAW

24. One prize draw winner will be selected at random from all complete and eligible entries received each relevant day during the Promotional Period. There will be a total of 21 prize draws (1 for each day) during the Promotional Period and 21 winners.

25. The winner will be notified by their contact details as provided on the entry form, with details on how to claim their prize.

DATA PROTECTION:

26. The Promoter will only process entrant’s personal data in connection with this Promotion to administer entries and/or as otherwise required by law. Full details are set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available on the Website, or at https://www.muller.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

27. The Promoter may also share personal data with third parties who will be supporting the Promotion.

28. In accordance with the current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. If you wish to object, or if you have any questions or comments regarding data and privacy, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk.

30. If you are a Prize winner, we may wish to use your personal data to announce you as the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes connected to this Promotion. If you wish to object, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk.

LIABILITY:

31. Winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the prize.

32. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner’s acceptance or use of the prize. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an entrant that is not reasonably foreseeable. The Promoter’s responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to an entrant under these terms and conditions or otherwise in connection with the Promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize won by the entrant.

33. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or death, resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner’s acceptance of the prize.

34. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, disease, disputes, third party website or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control or the acts or defaults of any suppliers of prizes.

35. Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or any other action which imposes an unreasonable burden on the Website including (but not limited to) the use of software robots.

THE FINAL BITS:

36. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

37. Entrants may only enter the Promotion for personal non-commercial use.

38. If any entries have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices, brute force or via a third party for commercial gain, such entries will be deemed invalid.

39. The Promoter does not guarantee that the website will be operational on any specific device or system or that it will be error free or available all the time. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connection or difficulties of any kind in the operation of the Website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the Promotion.

40. The Website may contain links to other websites, including those of third parties. These links are provided for convenience and are not under the control of the Promoter and as such we make no warranty, either express or implied, concerning the content of such websites including claims of infringement or that such websites are devoid of viruses or error free.

41. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to eliminate or disqualify you from participating in the Promotion.

42. The rights and remedies of the Promoter under these terms and conditions are without prejudice to its rights under the law. These terms and conditions shall not create any rights or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

43. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.

44. The Promoter and PureGym reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, without the prior notice at any time, for whatever reason and without liability to any entrants for doing so. Please check these terms and conditions regularly as any changes are effective immediately to any entrants.

45. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
