1. Terms of Promotion

1.1. Tropicana Products UK Ltd ("Promoter") is offering you a chance to win one of 10 £100 Co-op food store gift cards (the "Prize Draw"). Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility:

2.1. This promotion is only open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and are registered Co-operative Group Limited Members. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Temporary Co-operative Group Limited Members are not eligible to enter. You may not enter this Prize Draw if you are:

2.1.1. an employee, agent or supplier of the Promoter or of any one of the Promoter's group companies or of the Co-Operative Group Limited or any of its group companies or its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion, or

2.1.2. professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration.

3. How to enter:

3.1. To enter this Prize Draw, you must purchase a Naked Blue Machine 300ml and scan your Co-op membership card at the checkout in any UK (excluding Northern Ireland) Co-operative Group Food store during the Promotion Period. You will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw on completion of your purchase. You cannot enter this Prize Draw via Co-op delivery, a third-party delivery service or online.

3.2. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

3.3. There is a limit of one entry per person per day/per qualifying transaction, if you are purchasing multiple qualifying products, you will be required to check out separately for each one if you wish to gain multiple entries). Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions to the Prize Draw are not allowed. [If you purchase more than one Naked Blue Machine 300ml on any one day (in one or subsequent transaction) you will only be entered into the Prize Draw once on that day of purchase during the Prize Draw Period.]

4. Promotional Period:

4.1. The Promotional period will run from 00:01 UTC+01:00 on the 21/10/2026 and will finish on 23:59 UTC+01:00 on the 10/11/2026 (“Closing Date”) inclusive.

5. Prizes:

5.1. The Prize consists of insert number of prizes and description. Each winner will win one £100 Co-op gift Card (the “Prize”).

5.2. The Prize is as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

5.3. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

5.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winners.

6. Winner announcement/ Prize claim:

6.1. There will be 10 Winners in total.

6.2. The Winners of the Prize will be drawn by The Co-op at random via a secure, entirely automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries received. Each Winner will be notified by The Co-op via email within TWO (2) weeks of the end of the Promotional Period (the “Prize Draw Notification Date”) and will provide details on how the Winners can claim the Prize. Co-op will use the email address registered on the winner's Co-op membership account to notify them. The Winner may withdraw from the promotion by responding “opt-out” within 48 hours of receiving the notification email.

6.3. The Winners have [ 2] business days after the Prize Draw Notification Date to accept the Prize. If the Winners fail to claim their Prize within this timescale, the Winners will forfeit the Prize and The Co-op will re-award the Prize in accordance with paragraph 5.2. Co-op will pass the winner's email address to PROMO VERITAS on behalf of the Promoter so that PROMO VERITAS Ltd can contact the Winner via email to organise the prize fulfilment. The Co-op may request proof of age from the winners before the Prize is given. If the Winner is unable to provide adequate proof of age, The Co-op reserves the right to re-award the Prize in accordance with paragraph 6.2.

6.4. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Co-Op shall be entitled to select another Winner.

6.5. The Prize will be emailed to the Winner's email address that is associated with their Co-operative Group Limited Membership within 30 days of the winner claiming the Prize.

7. Privacy and Data Protection:

7.1. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by the Promoter and any third parties who assist with the running of the Prize Draw by Promoter (including PROMO VERITAS to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at: https://www.tropicanabrandsgroup.com/privacy-policy.

7.2. Subject to paragraphs 7.3 and 7.4, and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to privacyeurope@tropicana.com, the Winners’ surnames and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary.

7.3. Entrants to the Prize Draw shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 7.2. You can object by contacting privacyeurope@tropicana.com.

7.4. Without prejudice to paragraphs 7.2 and 7.3 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 7.2 upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.

8. General:

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the Prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason.

8.2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

8.3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the Winners, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or refuse to award a prize or to withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.

8.4. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to): (a) obscene, indecent or pornographic content; (b) content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism; (c) violent content; (d) excessive profanity; (e) content that is harmful to minors in any way; or (f) content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal, will be deleted, and the individual's entry disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

8.5. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: a) automatically generated by computer; b) completed by third parties or in bulk; c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or d) incomplete. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

8.6. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to this Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.7. The Promoter is not responsible for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

8.8. Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of a prize or participation in this Prize Draw. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of the Promoter for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

8.9. These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and the Promoter both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
