Terms and Conditions

By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility:

1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").

2. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.

3. Purchase is necessary for entry. Please retain your original itemised till receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to claim their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

How to Enter:

9. Purchase a participating pack of San Miguel (the “Participating Packs”) listed in clause 8 above, with the promotion advertised on pack, from a participating store including, but not limited to, Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Co-Op (the “Participating Retailers”).

11. Enter your full name, mobile number and email address and select which Participating Retailer you purchased from (listed in clause 9 above) between the All Retailer Ticket Prize Promotion Period to be entered into the All Retailer Ticket Prize Draw at the close of the promotion period.

12. Enter your full name, mobile number and email address and select which Participating Retailer you purchased from either Aldi, Co-op or Lidl between the Retailer Specific Prizes Promotion Period to be entered into the relevant Retailer Specific Prize Draw at the close of the promotion period.

13. Enter your full name, mobile number and email address and select which Participating Retailer you purchased from (listed in clause 9 above) between the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period to be entered into the Wrap-Up Prize Draw at the close of the promotion period.

14. Entries are limited to one play per person per day. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one Prize per person. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid.

All Retailer Ticket Prize Promotion Prize Draw Winner Selection:

15. One All Retailer Ticket Prize Promotion Prize Draw will be held within 5 working days of the close date of the All Retailer Ticket Prize Promotion Period.

16. The All Retailer Ticket Prize Promotion Prize Draw winners will be drawn from all valid entries received during the All Retailer Ticket Prize Promotion Period. The winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the draw.

17. The winners of a trip to Ibiza will be contacted via phone call using the phone number they submitted upon entry, within 3 days of the Draw. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 5 days to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize within 5 days, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

18. The winners of a San Miguel beach towel will be contacted via email using the email address they submitted upon entry, within 3 days of the relevant Draw. The winners will be required to complete the claim form provided in their winning email notification within 10 days of the email being sent in order to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize within 10 days, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Wrap-Up Winner Selection

19. Wrap-Up Prize Draw will be held within 5 working days of the close date of the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period.

20. The Wrap-Up Prize Draw winners will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period. The winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the draw.

21. The winners of a San Miguel beach towel will be contacted via email using the email address they submitted upon entry, within 3 days of the relevant Draw. The winners will be required to complete the claim form provided in their winning email notification within 10 days of the email being sent in order to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize within 10 days, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Retailer Specific Prize Draw Winner Selection:

22. Consumers who purchase from either Aldi, Co-op or Lidl and enter within their chosen Retailer’s Specific Promotion Period will also have the chance to win a prize in the Prize Draw relevant to the retailer they purchased from and selected upon entry (the “Retailer Specific Prize Draw”).

23. Each Retailer Specific Prize Draw will be held within 5 working days of the relevant retailer’s close date as detailed in clause 7 above.

24. The Retailer Specific Prize Draw winners will be drawn from all valid entries received per retailer during the Promotion Period. The winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the draw.

25. The Retailer Specific Prize Draw winners will be contacted via phone (for Aldi and Co-op winners) or email (for Lidl winners) using the mobile number or email address they submitted upon entry, within 3 days of the relevant Draw.. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 10 days (of the winning email notification or call) to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Delivery of Prizes:

31. If you have won a San Miguel Beach Towel or Cool Box, your Prize will be delivered to the address provided upon claim within 30 days of your Prize claim. The Promoter will not dispatch any Prizes to virtual UK addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.

32. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.

Trip Prize Terms and Conditions:

34. The Prizes will be arranged by email/phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the winners. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winners with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the Prize details including dates, travel and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by a winner.

35. The winners of a trip to Ibiza must be available to travel on selected dates in September 2026 and the trip must be taken by 4th October 2026.

36. Winners will be required to provide the name and details of their guest(s) during the Winner Notification process.

37. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

38. The Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the trip or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

39. If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

40. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

41. Guests must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Prize.

42. The Winners must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for themselves and their guest by 2 weeks prior to taking their trip.

43. The Winners and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. In the event that the Winners or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.

44. The Prize will be forfeited if:

1. a Winner or their guest have not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;

2. a Winner or their guest have any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling to, or within, the relevant trip destination; or

3. a Winner or their guest have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.

45. It is the responsibility of the Winners and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The Winners and their guests must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the trip destination country.

46. Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed during winner communications. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.

47. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a Prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.

48. Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.

49. It will be the Winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

50. A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.

51. The Winners and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline's published Conditions of Carriage.

52. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).

53. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests in connection with the use of any Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.

General:

54. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

55. The surnames of the winners will be available upon request by sending an email to sanmiguel@promotions.uk.com within three months of the Close Date. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing sanmiguel@promotions.uk.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

56. Any persons or households attempting to enter more than once per week by (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.

57. Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.

58. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.

59. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.

60. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

61. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

62. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

63. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy and the Promotion Privacy Policy (https://scan.sanmiguel-ibiza.com/qr/c5ca21_UK/privacy-policy?session=true) 64. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.

65. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.

66. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

67. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

68. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

69. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
