Co-op is able to offer tickets for certain Events at Co-op Live arena to Members to buy before tickets for the Event go on general sale (“Presale Tickets”).

These terms and conditions explain the basis on which Co-op makes those Presale Tickets available and, if you buy Presale Tickets, you agree to these terms.

How to buy Presale Tickets

Details of available Presale Tickets will be in the Co-op App.

Presale Tickets are reserved for Members from the general sale of tickets for that Event. There will be a limited number of Presale Tickets available and they will be sold on a 'first come, first served' basis.

Presale Tickets will be comprised of a broad range of seats for each Event. When buying tickets, Members will have the option to choose where to sit from the range of seats available within the Presale Ticket allocation.

Presale Tickets will only be available to buy for a limited time detailed in the Co-op App or until the total number of Presale Tickets available for that Event are sold out, whichever is earlier. Presale tickets will not be available to buy after this time. If you are not successful in buying Presale Tickets, you may buy tickets for the Event when on general sale.

Presale Tickets will be sold by the official ticket agent or ticketing partner of the Co-op Live venue, which will be Ticketmaster. When buying Presale Tickets, Members will follow the link in the Co-op App, which will take you through to the Ticketmaster website.

Ticketmaster’s terms and conditions will apply to all transactions, as detailed on their website.

You can’t spend any Member rewards that you have on your Co-op Member’s account to buy your tickets. You won’t earn any Member rewards when buying tickets.

Cancellation – Events may occasionally be cancelled after presale for reasons outside Co-op’s control. Ticketmaster’s terms and conditions will apply to any cancellations and Co-op will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of any gig.

Presale Ticket Eligibility

Presale Tickets are for Members personal use only. Only one transaction per Member is allowed. There is a limit to the number of Presale Tickets that you can buy per transaction and this limit will be advised when you buy tickets.

You will not be able to buy Presale Tickets if:

  • you are not a Co-op Member;
  • you try to buy more tickets than the maximum number allowed per transaction;
  • the Presale Tickets available have sold out;
  • you try to buy Presale Tickets outside of the dates they are available;
  • either Co-op or Ticketmaster believe that:
    • you have already bought Presale Tickets for the same Event;
    • you are buying the Presale Tickets so that you can re-sell them;
    • you are a business or trader or are acting on behalf of a business or trader and are buying the Presale Tickets for a commercial purpose.
  • you are outside the UK as Co-op App is only accessible when in the UK

Entrance to all Events is subject to the standard conditions of entry of the Co-op Live arena

Presale tickets will be delivered digitally via the Co-op Live App, which is different to the Co-op App– you will need to download the Co-op Live App to access the tickets. Further details of how to access your tickets will be provided by Ticketmaster.

Co-op’s responsibilities

We may suspend, cancel or amend the offer of Presale Tickets and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time. If you buy Presale Tickets after these terms and conditions have been changed, then you have agreed to the new terms.

Co-op is able to offer Members the chance to buy Presale Tickets. However, all Presale Tickets are bought from Ticketmaster and are subject to their terms and conditions. Co-op has no responsibility for any aspect of the transactions with Ticketmaster, including any transactions that are incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed.
