These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising, promotional materials, social media posts or competition-related content. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to their details being communicated to the Promoter's representatives where necessary for the administration of the competition and fulfilment of the prize. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. PROMOTER: This competition is operated by Co-op Media Network, part of Co-operative Group Limited ("Promoter"), whose registered office is 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. References to "we", "us" and "our" are references to Co-op Media Network and/or Co-operative Group Limited.

  2. COMPETITION NAME: Share a Moment. Win a Moment.

  3. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This competition opens at 9:00am on 7 July 2026 and closes at 12:00pm on 10 July 2026 (the "Competition Period"). Entries received before the opening date or after the closing date will not be valid and will not be entered into the competition.

  4. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to attendees of MAD//Fest taking place between 7 July 2026 and 9 July 2026 who are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter. Employees of Co-operative Group Limited, Co-op Media Network, MAD//Fest, their agencies, suppliers, partners and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter. We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age and eligibility.

  5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must: 1. Pick up a Co-op Media Network fan at MAD//Fest. 2. Take a photograph featuring their MAD//Fest "moment" and the Co-op Media Network fan. 3.Post the image on LinkedIn. 4. Tag Co-op Media Network in the post. 5. Include the hashtag #MediaMomentsThatMatter. Entries must be publicly visible at the time of judging. All entry requirements must be completed for an entry to be valid. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first eligible entry received will be considered. Internet access is required.

  6. PRIZE: There will be one winner. The winner will receive one pair of tickets to a Co-op Live event selected by Co-op Media Network, subject to availability. The prize is subject to the venue's, promoter's and ticket provider's terms and conditions, including any age restrictions, accessibility requirements and event-specific conditions.The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.The tickets are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and are not for resale. If a winner attempts to resell the tickets, they may be cancelled and made void.The prize does not include travel to and from the event, accommodation costs, food and drink, travel insurance or any other associated costs.Identification may be required before entry to the event is permitted and entry may be refused if suitable photographic identification (such as a passport or driving licence) is not provided.The winner will need to download the Co-op Live app to access their tickets. Use of the tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the ticket issuer, event organiser or other third party. Use of the tickets and entry to the venue are subject to Co-op Live's venue access and ticketing terms and conditions.Co-op Media Network accepts no responsibility for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or alteration of an event by the venue, promoter, artist or event organiser. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.

  7. WINNER SELECTION: This is a skill-based competition. No random draw will take place. Following the closing date, all eligible entries will be independently assessed by a judging panel consisting of representatives from Co-op Media Network. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

  8. NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected on or around 13 July 2026. The winner will be notified via LinkedIn direct message, LinkedIn InMail or comment on their entry post. The winner may be required to provide contact details and any additional information reasonably required for prize fulfilment. The winner must respond within three (3) working days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe or cannot provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility, the winner's prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

  9. DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: If there is any dispute regarding the validity of an entry, eligibility of a participant or any other aspect of the competition, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: By entering, participants acknowledge that Co-op Media Network may announce the winner's name, LinkedIn profile or a link to the winning entry across its owned channels in connection with this competition.

  11. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agreement to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any advertising, promotional or other materials relating to the competition.

  12. DISQUALIFICATION: We reserve the right to reject any entry and/or disqualify any participant who: • Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; • Provides false or misleading information; • Acts fraudulently or dishonestly; • Uses inappropriate methods to influence the outcome of the competition; • Submits content that breaches these Terms and Conditions. Entries must be submitted personally and not through agents, automated means or third parties.

  13. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRIES NOT RECEIVED: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, incomplete or otherwise not successfully received due to technical issues, system failures, internet outages, platform restrictions, privacy settings or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

  14. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER THE COMPETITION: Personal data supplied in connection with this competition will be used for administering the competition, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Co-op Privacy Policy.

  15. USE OF ENTRIES AND PUBLICITY: Entrants retain ownership of their content. By entering the competition, participants grant Co-op Media Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, repost, share and reference their entry, name, LinkedIn profile name, profile image and associated content for the purposes of: • Administering the competition; • Announcing the winner; • Promoting the competition; • Reporting on MAD//Fest activity; • Supporting Co-op Media Network marketing and communications activities. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the competition. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have obtained all permissions, rights and consents necessary to submit their content.

  16. CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF COMPETITION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw, suspend or cancel the competition without prior notice where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.

  17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary. Any revised Terms and Conditions will be made available through the same channels used to promote the competition.

  18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance and use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  19. RELEVANT LAW: This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  20. COMPLIANCE WITH LINKEDIN POLICIES: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with LinkedIn. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they comply with LinkedIn's terms, conditions, rules and policies when using the platform.

  21. GENERAL : The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request evidence where reasonably required.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
