Irresistible Crisps Festival Ticket Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising or promotional materials.

PROMOTER: This promotion is operated by Co-operative Group Food Limited, a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, Registered No 26715R with registered office at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are references to the Promoter.

OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This promotion runs from 00:00 1 May 2024 through to 23:59 31 December 2024. Any entries made before the opening date or after the closing date will not be valid and will not be entered into this competition.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is only open to Co-operative Group Limited Members and employee Members of the Co-operative Group Limited who buy (i) Irresistible Chicken Shwarma Crisps (150g) or (ii) Irresistible All Dressed Crisps (150g) that display artwork and information specific to this promotion on their packaging (‘Eligible Products’) between the opening and closing date and present proof of membership (see below) at the point of purchase. 1. Purchase an Eligible Product from a Co-op Group food store. Purchases made at independent society stores, Midcounties, Central England, Southern or Chelmsford Star co-operatives, some Co-op Live concessions stores, Co-op franchise stores or in non-Co-op branded stores (such as Nisa) will not qualify for entry. 2. Present proof of Co-op membership at the point of purchase:

(A) In-store purchase: Members must swipe their membership card/Co-op App at the till. (B) Online purchase via Members must be signed in to the account that is associated with their Co-op membership number at the time of purchasing an Eligible Product. (C) Purchase via delivery partners (if available): Members must complete the purchase of the Eligible Product using an account that had been successfully linked with their Co-op membership number.

3. After completing steps 1 and 2 the Member will automatically be entered into the promotion (and prize draw). Multiple entries per Member allowed. One (1) entry per transaction.

No other method of entry will be accepted than that described above.

PRIZES: There are six (6) pairs of tickets to be won for one of the following festivals taking place in 2025: Liquid Death presents Download Festival, Barclaycard presents Isle of Wight Festival, Barclaycard presents Latitude Festival, Rockstar Energy Presents Creamfields, Rockstar Energy presents Reading Festival & Rockstar Energy presents Leeds Festival. Each prize comprises two adult standard weekend camping tickets. The prize does not include travel to or from the festival, food and drink, accommodation, or travel insurance. Valid ID and additional entry requirements of the ticket issuer, event organiser or other third party will be required before you are allowed entry to the festival, and you may be refused entry if you do not provide suitable photographic ID (such as passport or driving license). Use of tickets is subject to additional terms and conditions of the ticket issuer, event organiser or other third party. Tickets are not exchangeable or transferable and no cash alternative will be given. Tickets are not for resale. Prizes are provided at our discretion, and we may substitute or change the prize for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

PRIZE DRAW: Six winners will be drawn on Monday 6 January 2025 using a randomised computer process. If the same name is drawn multiple times, we will work our way down the winners list until we have six different winners. Strictly one prize per winner.

NOTIFICATION: Winners will be contacted via their email address or telephone number associated with their Co-op Group Member account on Monday 13 January 2025. If we are unable to contact the winner or don’t hear back within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to choose a new winner. Winners have seven (7) days upon receiving the email to confirm their full name and that of their chosen guest to claim their prize. If no confirmation is received, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next winner chosen by the same process detailed above. We accept no responsibility for prizes that are lost, stolen or unused by their expiry date. We accept no responsibility where incomplete or incorrect information has been entered when signing up to become a Co-op Group Member or if the details are not up-to-date. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER PROMOTION: By entering this promotion, you agree to us collecting and using your personal data. We, and any third-party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data privacy laws. Your information will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion.

DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any prize or any other aspect of the promotion, this will be decided by us. Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond our control.

CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROMOTION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so. We will not be responsible for any failure of the winner and/or guests (if applicable) to gain entry or re-entry to the event due to their behaviour or failing to meet the admission requirements. We will not be responsible for suspension or cancellation of events that may form part of the prize, including though governmental restrictions. Neither the Co-op nor any of the prize providers will be liable for any costs, expenses or arrangements that a winner(s) may incur at any time in connection with the prize (including, but not limited to, any travel, accommodation, food or any other expenses which do not form part of the prize). Where travel is required to make use of the prize, the winner(s) is(are) solely responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. The winner(s) is(are) responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out in and in accordance with these terms and conditions. Neither the Co-op nor any prize provider will be responsible if a winner is unable to make use of the prize by reason of availability or otherwise. In such circumstances the Co-op reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time; (ii) disqualify any entrant or winner who breaches these rules, has acted fraudulently in any way (including where an attempt is made to obtain a refund for a purchase of an Eligible Product) or brings the Co-op into disrepute (in its sole discretion); (iii) disqualify any entrant or winner, withdraw or substitute any prize should an entrant winner or guest at any stage exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behaviour (including, but not limited to, being under the influence of drugs, alcohol or causing a nuisance) before, whilst on air or afterwards in relation to this competition; (iv) impose additional entry requirements, restrictions or additional rules should the specific prize on offer require it (including, but not limited to, additional age or other event entry requirements); and (v) cancel or vary the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise beyond its control. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We exclude all conditions, warranties and representations express or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize and the promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law. We shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury, directly or indirectly occurring as a result of the provision of, or use of, the prize. We, our sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any server, network, system or otherwise which may result in any registration not being properly logged or not recorded. We make no attempt to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising because of negligence.

RELEVANT LAW: This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
