The Big Co-op Payout

Thanks to our members we're delivering £17m* to over 4,000 local causes this year.

Choose a new local cause to support in your community for the next year.

Funding local causes

When Co-op members shop with us, 1% of what they spend on selected Co-op branded products and services goes to support local causes through our Local Community Fund. Members can choose a local cause that they want their 1%** to support.

The Big Co-op Payout is our chance to thank our members for helping us to give back.

We also get to celebrate how much was raised for local communities across the country.

How the Local Community Fund works

Every time our members shop at Co-op, 1% of what they spend on Co-op branded products helps to fund community projects in their local area.

Members can select which cause their 1%** goes to, so the more members that pick your project, the more money you'll get.

We choose new causes for our communities every 12 months.
