Forgotten card - add your Co-op rewards
If you forgot your Membership card when you bought something from us, you can still claim your rewards as long as:
- you mentioned you'd forgotten your card at the time, and got a special receipt
- it's been less than 14 days since you bought the items
- you've got your membership number or an online account
