However in our defence this is made by the quality-conscious cava firm of Vallformosa who have long been renowned for their excellent sparkling wines. As well as doing their bit for the environment 100% of Vallformosa's power consumption comes from renewable energy sources. Also 99% of waste generated at Vallformosa is reused or recycled. You can expect red cherries, strawberries and a refreshing dry finish - cover the label and fool your friends into thinking it's expensive champagne!
