Co-op Irresistible 5 Giant Cinnamon Sugar Knots

Made to a traditional Dutch family recipe these deliciously indulgent cinnamon biscuits, known in Holland as 'krakeling', are made by 3rd generation bakers in Moerkapelle, southern Holland using a traditional family recipe with just six simple ingredients: flour, sugar, butter, yeast, salt and cinnamon. The yeast helps the dough gently rise, and the butter gives the biscuits their wonderful melt-in-the-mouth texture, while the cinnamon and caramelised sugar combine to create the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch.
