Malted barley, water and yeast are the only 3 ingredients needed for a single Scotch malt whisky. The quality barley and fresh Scottish water we use gives our whisky its unique character. Distillation must take place in copper pot still at a single distillery and the fine liquid is then aged in American white oak casks. Experts believe two thirds of a whisky's flavour comes from the cask, that's why ours is aged in American white oak with an Oloroso sherry finish, resulting in a smooth and mellow malt with a citrus, exotic spiciness.
