Chicken tikka bagel pizzas

  • 1 Sharwood's tikka masala cooking sauce
  • 110g Seriously Strong cheddar cheese
  • 4 Warburtons plain bagels (halved)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts (1 1/2cm Cubed)
  • 3 peppers
  • Salad leaves, to serve (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°c fan/ 400F / Gas Mark 6
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan then fry the chicken for 3 minutes
  3. Add Sharwood’s Tikka Masala sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through thoroughly
  4. Place the Warburtons plain bagel halves on to a baking tray
  5. Spoon the Sharwood’s chicken tikka masala mixture evenly over each bagel half, sprinkle with Seriously Strong cheddar cheese and place in the oven for 8 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven, cut up the peppers and place on the tikka bagels to make fun faces, place back into the oven for 2 minute
  7. Remove from the oven and serve with a side of salad (optional)
