Ingredients

  • 75g hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 400ml Co-op fat free Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40g Co-op clear honey
  • 25g white chocolate, grated

Method

  1. Mix the hazelnuts, yogurt, vanilla extract and honey together and pour into 6 lolly moulds
  2. Put lolly sticks in each and sprinkle the white chocolate over the top
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving
