Maple-glazed tofu with pistachios

  • 225g smoked tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp Co-op pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Co-op reduced salt dark soy sauce
  • 20g radishes, thinly sliced
  • 15g pistachios, chopped


  1. Stir-fry the tofu in the sunflower oil for 4-6 mins over a high heat, until golden
  2. Add the maple syrup and soy sauce and cook for 2-3 mins more, until sticky
  3. Take off the heat and leave to cool for 5 mins
  4. To serve, arrange on a platter and sprinkle over the radishes and pistachios, with cocktail sticks on the side for skewering
