Ingredients
- 225g smoked tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp Co-op pure Canadian maple syrup
- 1 tsp Co-op reduced salt dark soy sauce
- 20g radishes, thinly sliced
- 15g pistachios, chopped
Method
- Stir-fry the tofu in the sunflower oil for 4-6 mins over a high heat, until golden
- Add the maple syrup and soy sauce and cook for 2-3 mins more, until sticky
- Take off the heat and leave to cool for 5 mins
- To serve, arrange on a platter and sprinkle over the radishes and pistachios, with cocktail sticks on the side for skewering
