Ingredients

  • 250ml natural yoghurt
  • 4 tsp chopped mint (reserve a couple of nice leaves to garnish)
  • 4 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cucumber deseeded and finely diced
  • Season to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate until required
  2. Pour into serving bowl and garnish with reserved mint
