This Indian dip makes a great accompaniment to poppadoms

Ingredients
- 250ml natural yoghurt
- 4 tsp chopped mint (reserve a couple of nice leaves to garnish)
- 4 tsp chopped coriander
- 1/2 cucumber deseeded and finely diced
- Season to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate until required
- Pour into serving bowl and garnish with reserved mint
