  • 2 tbsp Co-op Italian style fairtrade roast and ground coffee
  • 600ml Co-op double cream
  • 397g can condensed milk
  • 75ml Co-op Navy rum


  1. Dissolve the coffee in 1 tbsp boiling water and set aside to cool
  2. Once the coffee is cool, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and whip until soft peaks form
  3. Pour into a 2-litre freezer-safe container, cover and freeze overnight
