- 2 tbsp Co-op Italian style fairtrade roast and ground coffee
- 600ml Co-op double cream
- 397g can condensed milk
- 75ml Co-op Navy rum
- Dissolve the coffee in 1 tbsp boiling water and set aside to cool
- Once the coffee is cool, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and whip until soft peaks form
- Pour into a 2-litre freezer-safe container, cover and freeze overnight
